Horrible, Rude Staff from the person answering the phones to Todd and Kelly, the case workers! When someone is calling to handle business, the staff should be Courteous NOT Crass! Perhaps a course in proper phone etiquette is in order! Treat others the way you would want to be treated and spoken to...Period!

I've been calling to simply get my updated balance with no success. I'm either forwarded to someone named Kelly (who doesn't answer or respond to voicemails) or the office doesn't pick up at all. Out of ALL the law offices in Nashville/Madison why is my account sent to the worst one??

As a seasoned real estate agent and real estate investor/landlord, I have used this law office for a few eviction cases over the past couple years. I have been very unsatisfied with their customer service and communication. I tried for months to get updates on a couple of cases with no response or call backs. When I finally heard from Mr Hall, he appeared unfamiliar with the cases and confused about the details of the tenants. When I questioned him about the cases and unpaid judgements, he appeared frustrated and immediately withdrew as my attorney from the cases. I would encourage other landlords to pursue alternate avenues of representation for eviction proceedings.

Because if you communicate and genuine about trying to fix your suitation they will be there to help

Nasty attitudes....especially Todd. They were much friendlier when I arrived at the office....

Not answering calls over a dispute of misrepresentation from one of their clients - this is a crooked law firm and somebody has to step up and stop these kind of wolves from operating in business. REPORT REPORT REPORT to the better business bureau, make your google reviews and call a real attorney if you can because these people need to be exposed.

They were nice

Very rude when trying to speak with them. They will hang up on you after hollering at you for asking a question.

This is an establishment of crooks... calls & messages go unanswered.... there practices are illegal & unlawful
