Please, if you want your case to be taken seriously and professionally, RUN AWAY FROM Mc Cullough law. Needing a lawyer is already a humbling experience and sometimes humiliating process. This law firm made my circumstances 10x’s worst. They were completely unsympathetic when it came to handling my case with care and would ask me to fulfill duties that they were being compensated to do. After Asking for updates about the status of my case and where it stood, I was met with either no response or rude responses. The communication on their end got so bad that I found myself having to show up unannounced numerous times just to try and catch them. They’re receptionists was completely out of line in the way that she spoke to their clients as well. (myself) I was met with snarky remarks, quick one worded answers, and an attitude to boot. When I informed them of her unpleasant and unprofessional behavior, they did nothing about. Actually, I apologize, they DID do something about it…………..THEY BLAMED ME for their employees attitude. After we parted ways, I was informed that a refund would be given to me after they itemized what was “appropriate.” I only received a 50% refund after only working with them for a month. They’re was barley, if any, paperwork filed because they kept requesting me to get my ex’s information that was needed. Learn from my mistakes. I urge you to find a professional law firm that will treat you like a paying client and respect you as a person. P.S: this isn’t even half of what happened.

Where do I start..?? Attorney Woodard is a legal powerhouse. She knows the law. If you don't want a non relative to get visitation, she will send them packing. If you need to get court ordered visitation, she can do that too.. If your family member is Dependent and Neglected, then she will help too.. Attorney Woodard offers exceptional service. I have been having a terrible experience with this Law Firm! I have been working with Princess and my experience is nothing like the reviews. They never tell you when something is wrong until YOU call. They will have all your paperwork and if anything is missing, you would not know because they are not going to reach out. When you call for an update 3 months later. They will tell you that there was a problem with your papers. Happened 3 times!!!! I paid a year ago and after I called AGAIN today. They asked me to come in the office to sign the same papers next week because of mossing a filing period or something. Well, my papers been there for months.How? Nothing has been done in over a year!!!!! This is the worst!!!

Just reach out to request a meeting with Carlee McCullough and her receptionist answered the phone and the conversation I received from her was rude and highly unprofessional. Business owners should take pride in company customer service just as much as their work ethic. I will definitely not be doing any current or future business with this company.
