Went in for a child support modification. I was told to try to find a job that pays under the table. I'm no lawyer but that is against the law. It was a waste of $100.

They never followed up. Despite the lawyer commenting on a separate post with 5 stars to try to offset my original 2 star post...they never followed up with Cruz rehab until the rehab called themselves. She never followed up with me on the injury thst occured while in her professional care/referral. They did not care at all,did not follow up, didnt check on me. Ignored my future calls. Go somewhere else...I tried to support after referrals from others and got burned...went elsewhere and it was like night and day. You deserve better.

I was very bothered by the phone conversation that I had with the receptionist on yesterday 9/6/2018. I'm not the most knowledgeable when it comes to attorneys but Princess McCullough came up in conversation with a few other ladies. I called and explained my situation to the receptionist, whom never provided her name, and inquired about fees. The case is pretty simple with the exception that I am a Memphis, Tn resident however my husband is active duty military and we are out of state at this time. I was given the cost of my fees (a little over $600) and was directed to pay online. These fees also include a consultation fee of $100, totally understandable. I asked if a consultation could be done over the phone or if I should make a trip home before our court date which is only a few weeks away. I was told that they do not do consults over the phone but to pay the fees and after the office receives payment they will call me and let me know if they can take my case. I was not told to submit any documents or supporting information pertaining to my case. This was not the response I was hoping for. I then asked what gurantee I would have that Ms. McCullough would be available to represent me. Initially the receptionist said not to worry about that. If they couldn't represent me they would call, after payment had been submitted. She made sure to keep telling me to submit my payment and where to do it! Right after she asked me to hold. When she returned she expressed that the attorney requested would be free that day. I would feel a lot more comfortable giving my money to an attorney after I've spoken with them to know what they can or can not offer me. Not everyone offers the same services, not everyone specializes in the same services, etc. In my opinion, I'm no expert, if a consultation can not be offered via video chatting, phone, etc then the office should not take the case. You're taking money from a family that is looking to you for help and offering them absolutely nothing to say that you have their back! The lack of information, the tone of the receptionist, and a few of her comments made this a very confusing and unprofessional call.
