Personnel is very pleasant and professional. But i had a conference call scheduled at a particular time and it never happened. I waited on tge line a good 20 minutes and hung up. I called to complain. An assistant returned my call and was apologetic. I guess sone wires got crossed. Hope this is not a regular way of doing business!
