Very professional staff and great service

@Leslie Thompson I really hate you felt like that regarding your experience. We are in no way not concerned or nonchalant about ANY CASE. We value EVERY CASE that chooses this firm. We are concerned about all clients. Dr. Cruz's office was notified by my assistant that ML no longer represented you. I hope that you did seek treatment and are feeling better.

Love this place. It's like a museum but with lawyers.

The first time I used them was ok and I was ok with the results...BUT it was because it was an injury suit. Even then the communication and follow up was very slow. Everytime I needed to speak to someone it took DAYS to get any response. The second time, they refused to take my case because it was a basic medical injury claim with my insurance...which is fine...it was the attitude that I didnt like. Plus after telling them that the specialist that I was referred to by the lawyer injured me further and I didnt know what to do the lawyer said nothing but "go find you a doctor", she was real stand- offish, nonchalant. I have been in the medical field for over 20 years and the clinic I was sent to was Cruz Rehab. I even told their office staff what happened. They wanted to know who, and stated that the law firm didnt even notify them that she was no longer working my case. They assumed I was being noncompliant with treatment. Cruz dropped the ball with their care as well. My point is: if you initiate something and a person is injured, whether or not you take their case, at the time YOU DID. If an injury results you should see about the proper care to fix it. 2 stars only because I did collect the first time.

WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I AM GOING THROUGH A SIMPLE DIVORCE. NO CHILDREN , DO NOT HAVE BUT A CAR IN THE DIVORCE AND THEY CANNOT GET IT DONE. THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING A YEAR FOR NOTHING. NOW THEY WANT TO POSTPONE IT TIL AUGUST AFTER I HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH MY TWO JOBS FOR MAY 14., WHICH I HAVE BEEN WAITING 6 MONTHES FOR THIS DATE. THEY HAVE ALL THERE MONEY WHICH IS ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY. THEY WILL CONSTANTLY LIE TO YOU ABOUT THINGS THEY HAVE DONE FOR YOUR CASE.

It's not everyday that you need a lawyer but I had a car accident so I tried this law firm. I was very disappointed with my entire process. The follow up was not good. I never met the lawyer who handled my settlement. That really makes no sense to me, The lawyer should contact you at least once as an introduction if their name is going to be on paper work. I had a hard time getting in touch with someone for questions. I hope I never need a lawyer again but if I do, I won't seek help from this law firm.
