Michael Thompson lacks empathy and is very rude ending calls and becoming aggressive on recorded calls. Terrible experience. Manipulated staff member that does not exceed expectations.

Michael Thompson is very verbally combative when trying to call in for assistance. He decided to hang the phone in which I had to call back for no assistance. Poor customer service and quality care.

An amazing firm! Benjamin took over our case after a failed attempt with another lawyer who drastically slowed us down. He got STRAIGHT to business and quickly made up for two years' worth of time we had lost. Benjamin has been such an attentive, kind, pleasant, and hard working lawyer the past 3 years. Great place for Estate work. He may look young, but that does not mean he isn't knowledgable!
