No one likes dealing with this stuff but I have had two accounts turned over to this firm. One smaller medical account a year or so ago, I setup a payment plan and was super easy to resolve. Never spoke with the agency, I did it all online and got it paid off and a timely response from the agency via mail that it was paid off The most recent, Don Johnson was super pleasant and was able to get this settled before it got out of collections into anything worse. His team wasn't able to accept my initial offer but luckily I had a little more in savings that could be used to reach what they would accept. Both interactions with him this week were very pleasant and easy to work with. Yes, it was a tight deadline but just make sure you can pay whats agreed by the deadline and there will be no issues. If you can't afford the offer, be honest and don't accept. The paperwork confirming all of this was emailed to me within 15 minutes of paying over the phone I had no issues like any of the issues mentioned in other reviews. Typically, this is a personal matter and I wouldn't write a review but I felt like the reviews here aren't warranted since I have personally dealt with this firm 2 times without issues

The scum of the earth. They buy debt for nothing and target poor defense less people. My school friend mother is a victim of them. They garnish her wages and she couldn't afford rent nor food for the week. They didn't even send her a letter saying were going to garnish her wages. They even refuse to send them months letter each time they send a payment to their new address, and when they call the never answer. In the middle of class we called them with 2 different phones and both were ignored once we said the file number. If you value community go somewhere else. If you need a estate done go somewhere else If you ever wanted to help the spawns of Satan you found the right place

Lost my license from a wreck I was in when I was 16 without insurance set up a payment with this firm to pay 100 a month my contract said nothing about interest but I am being charged 53$ a month interest so I could pay this for the rest of my life and never pay it off and if I'm even late on a payment they will take my license this place is evil don't make a payment plan just try to pay in full interest rates are out the roof

The RUDEST person I have ever spoke to on the phone ever! Extremely disrespectful, and wouldn’t even let me speak. I had to yell to even get a word in. Paul is the one I worked with and was extremely unpleasant!

We’ve been calling them for months to receive papers that will acknowledge that our case has settled and we just keep getting lies told to us. We should have received the papers by February but instead we get blocked on whatever device we call on. It’s unprofessional and ridiculous. Rona Parks, I hope you see this and proceed to pick up our calls

It is hard, at times, to stay above water when you have debt. When I received a letter from the Firm, EVERYBODY I came in contact with was super nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me. I called them asap and they could not have been nicer. I work in customer service and it is hard to put on a smile and deal with customers who are less than happy when they walk in the office. That is just what they did and I cannot tell you how much it means when you feel like the world is setting on your shoulders. I thank the entire Firm and appreciate the respect and kindness you have shown.

I’m at the risk of losing absolutely everything I have because of them and one missed payment and when I tried to make the payment up I was told either I pay 1700 or keep having my checks garnished and I don’t even make that much
