Mr. Klienman has been good to me and this past Christmas when I asked him if I could be short on my payment because I wanted to get presents for my daughter he said no problem because I have always been on time with my payments. If you keep up good communication and try your best to keep up with your payments, people will work with you.

This law firm is in the habit of picking up bogus collection agencies and garnishing peoples wages. I do not recommend them they do not give you the time a day when you call them and absolutely give you no information that you may possibly need to contact the person Garnishing your wages.

Can't never get anyone that answer for personal customer service and their phone Service is messed upysystem is messed up constantly and when you do talk to representative they are hateful and rude

Paid a bill through them. Two weeks passed, no confirmation that the bill was paid. I stressed that the matter was urgent, staff simply does not care.
This company has done me active harm in their negligence to respond.

I am giving 5 stars because I know that the attorneys at this firm are great. The staff in the office are not all that helpful though. Some are just rude.
