My family and I have used the Jones Law Firm for over a decade now. I am always amazed at how “Lawyer Bill” makes us feel as though we are his only priority. He clearly has hundreds of clients and radio segments, but we have always received exceptional advise and representation from the Jones Law Firm - more times than not it is from Bill himself. Whether it is help with taxes, wills, help with estates during difficult times, parenting arrangements, etc...quick and professional service is always provided. He is always available. We absolutely could not be more impressed - more Memphians need to know about the voice they hear on the radio!

The Jones Law Firm is headed by one of the finest men I know. Attorney Jones is a man of the highest moral caliber. He and his firm strive to protect their clients and to preserve the most amicable relationships possible concerning all parties. I absolutely have no hesitation in recommending them.

Paid $100 for consultation fee and he never called me back after numerous attempts to contact Mr. Jones and get him on $5K retainer for my aging father for a much needed divorce from his elderly, financial and medically abusive wife. Not recommended! ZERO stars for this firm. Very poor contact, not professional, and quality of work unrecognizable. I want my $100 back, but since he won't return my calls, I assume I will never see that money again! How is a person able to get away with fraud like this? I have read all these reviews and this is clearly a bad attorney that should be banned from more of the Shelby county corruption. If you live in Memphis GET OUT!!

It’s almost 5 years later and I’m still waiting and I can’t ever get a real answer. I was hit from the back while sitting still.... wth is the hold up. I hate it here!

I hired Mr. Besser at my lowest point during a divorce. I felt that my life was over. I thought that I was physically and emotionally doomed. His approach with me was very professional, yet compassionate. He was never vindictive toward my now ex-wife, but he acted in the best interests of me and my son. He helped me remain calm during contentious moments and fought for me as well. He continues to represent me in subsequent matters regarding my divorce and I cannot thank him enough. He is a truly caring and formidable representative. I CANNOT recommend him strongly enough.

Getting divorced is hard but Jones Lawfirm make the process easy.

Been 2 years never heard Anything back I call to check up on my case they’re claiming they don’t have a court date they said I was offered something but it wasn’t enough so they declined it but I didn’t know until months later that it was declined
