Walls Law Firm, PLLC is owned and operated by Attorney Alma Walls. This is the absolute best personal injury firm in the Memphis area. Attorney Walls is a super lawyer, highly knowledgeable and dedicated to her clients. She has an extensive background in insurance related to personal injury cases. I highly recommend using her firm for all of your personal injury needs.

Very unprofessional, the worst law firm I've ever dealt with. Nothing but misdirection and excuses. Each time my fiancée or myself called, we were given different lies. 4 months after the accident they were still saying they're waiting on medical records. Even had some employees hanging up on us. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. This is the Memphis office. Constantly being told "I'll call you back no later than tomorrow", but NEVER get a call back.

They are great. Kept me up to date on my case even though my accident was a year ago. They assured me about my concerns and how the court system works. Everyone in the office is very professional and great about returning phone calls. They were really there for me.

THIS IS THE WORST LAW FIRM IN HISTORY. THEY HAVE HORRIBLE BUSINESS AND NO COMMUNICATION. I HATE THEM. BRANDON WILL ROB YOU OF YOUR SETTLEMENT. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM TO REPRESENT YOU. I HAD MY WRECK FEB 22ND 2016, FINISHED PHYSICAL THEROPY IN MARCH AND ITS AUG 4TH AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM. THEY WONT RETURN MY CALLS AND THEY ARE NEVER IN THE OFFICE.
