It seems to be a pattern in the reviews of not communicating or producing, I had same experience. I had to go to the State Bar and file a complaint. He said he called and sent CERTIFIED letter and regular letter on same day (weird- why send a regular USPS letter if you send a certified letter?) but coincidently could not produce proof. I asked for a simple estate planning, and when I noticed he avoided calling me back and the reviews had similar experience as I did- that sent red flags. He could not produce any notes from my file and "sent back" and lost documentation that I gave him. It is quite irresponsible for an attorney to give back evidence/documents when the legal file is still open. He tried to produce estate planning documents to cover himself in my claim, however they were all wrong and missed many details. In my claim- I doubted his integrity and competency, this is my opinion.
