I originally spoke to a handful of attorneys across the Nashville area when looking for someone to represent me for my DUI charge. Bryan’s name had come highly recommended to me from a colleague whose son had great success with Bryan on two separate DUI charges. Immediately after speaking with him, I knew he was who I wanted to hire. Bryan has a strong grasp on not only the technical, black letter law, but also the unwritten local practices/probabilities, and has established strong relationships with the DA’s office based on mutual respect. This trifecta makes Bryan your best option for whatever your criminal charge may be. Throughout the entire process Bryan was extremely informative and walked me through the charges, potential outcomes, and likelihood of each, while being a supportive/understanding listener. Any type of criminal case is coupled with outside stress and emotional strain. Bryan’s professionalism and empathy helped to alleviate much of this for me. He was routinely available/responsive after hours and on the weekends as and if emergencies arose and demonstrated a true, caring dedication to me as a client and person. I was happy with the ultimate outcome achieved and believe the cost of his services to be on par with what I received. Highly recommend.

Stop looking for a lawyer, and please do yourself a favor & hire Bryan right now if you are looking for help like I was. Bryan is your man! After scouring the online web myself: various websites, interviewing multiple lawyers,, and debating between cost.vs potential reward for such a serious offense: I am ultimately so happy that I settled on hiring Bryan to represent me. He got me out of a difficult DUI arrest & instead we opted for reckless driving which will be off my record in 5 years. 6 months unsupervised probation will be a no-brainer. No interlock. AND most importantly, no DUI conviction. After blowing under the legal limit after bumping a hotel van with no injuries or property damage, I was still faced with a DUI arrest with all the ramifications of an DUI accident. Bryan was the ultimate professional & helped me feel comfortable through a stressful process. He has incredible table-side manners. Throughout the process, he very clearly articulated all our options & gave me various pathes to pursue depending on my risk tolerance, as we worked through the court system together. Most importantly, he impressively navigated a few difficulties the legal system threw our way in terms of how they wanted to prosecute the case. He knows his stuff! Bryan showed up before each of our appearances to ensure I understood what was going to happen. He was always just a phone call away. He was with me in the courtroom the whole time, by my side, and he was clearly very well respected amongst his peers on all sides of the courtroom. That stuff matters. I hope to never have to deal with Mr. Stephenson again, but if anyone is even in my position I will most certainly be recommending him without any hesitation.

Looking for a lawyer is something most wish they never have to do! It’s very stressful. I searched through countless lawyers and reviews and before selecting Amanda. This is primarily the reason I’m writing this review to hopefully help others in the future make their selection of a lawyer a no brainer! Working with Amanda was truly incredible. She is no nonsense and she knows the law! I felt during the entire time working with her, she always had mine and my daughters best interest at heart (child custody/support case). My case was complicated and she laid out a plan and executed it so smoothly. Her team was very responsive and communication was at a very high level. I can’t say enough good things about working with her. If your looking for a lawyer that is hard nosed, fair, knows the law, and can get stuff done, Amanda is the lawyer you want. Good lawyers aren't cheap, but her office has multiple payment options to work with you. You get what you pay for, the cheapest person isn’t always the best.
