I was in rear-ended by someone on their phone while I was on vacation in Tennessee. The whole thing was just awful. I was out of my state and totally out of my element dealing with hospitals and doctors and the bills, my God- the bills! I was pretty apprehensive about handing over control to a someone to handle my case especially when I they’re hundreds of miles away, so I waited a while (probably longer than I should) to start calling attorneys. At first, I thought I might be able to handle it myself and settle out on my own with the adjuster but she wasn’t throwing out any reasonable numbers. Their initial offers didn’t even cover all of my bills from the accident. To make it worse, I wasn’t even done seeing the doctor then! It made me so mad! They were talking to me like the accident was my fault! I was nervous to let someone else take the reigns but I knew I couldn’t do it on my own. Finally, I called Rocky. His team was great from day one. I ended up dealing primarily with Justin and Patrick. I was worried that I’d have to check in with them a bunch but they kept me updated but that was not the case. I got to know my lawyers and paralegals. Gina and Daniel were wonderful. They prepared my case for the attorneys with more care then I would have for myself. It surprised me how well they documented all of my bills and injuries. Without giving away too much, I’ll just say they handled my case with kid gloves and I came away with more than I expected. My advice is don’t try to handle it on your own. Call Rocky’s firm: sooner than later. They know what they’re doing. It’s okay to give up a little control sometimes, lol.
