Rocky Mcelhaney Law Firm is the best. I've dealt with other law firms before and none came close to the level of dedication and respect this law firm provides. I was even turned away from a few because they didn't want to do the necessary work to investigate my claim for a motorcycle wreck. Mr. Mcelhaney, Carmen Garner and Ms Ali talked me thru the entire process and kept in touch the whole 9 yards. Great firm, great people...I will be using them if ever need again.

I was already in the crosswalk in my wheelchair. There were three lanes of traffic stopped and this woman blazes right through a stop sign and hits me. I was hurt, scared, so upset about my chair- my only way to get around, stay healthy and work. It was basically total loss and I depend on it to help me stand and without it I get physically sick- respiratory problems, bed sores, intestinal issues, can’t go to the bathroom, the list goes on. After being hit, the lady who hit me actually said “I’m going to be late, I have a doctor’s appointment to get to?” She was without remorse that had to be one of the worst things. A good friend referred me to Rocky and Jill at the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm. I was lost but they knew what to do right away. The biggest fight was to get them to say yes to getting a new chair. They only wanted to take care of my medical bills-not the chair. I couldn’t have done it on my own. I fully depended on this firm and they came through. I ended up getting a new chair and a great financial recovery to help me move onto the next chapter of my life. I’m a fighter, but without my medics team and the whole crew at Rocky’s office in my corner fighting for me, advocating for me and helping me get my life and my mobility back, I’d be in a very different place right now. Love these guys.

I worked with Rocky and Hunter Higdon after I was hit by driver in a stolen car. They went to bat for me and didn't give up even when faced with push back from my insurance company and doctor.

I know Rocky from the baseball field. Our sons play together sometimes. I can’t say much about Rocky him self we never met ,but what I can say he hires the (Best) attornies in the business . Paige and Steve are truly the most wonderful people . I was absolutely blessed with this law firm when injured on a job related injury. Jill Draughn was my attorney and went above and beyond in helping me in this matter in every way possible to assure the absolute best successful outcome, and She did just that, We won! Somewhere down the line from the initial consultation to the judge signing the settlement papers Rocky Law firm and for me, especially Jill Draughn became family it was a transition not easily describe in words, whether it was the dozens, dozen and dozens of speedy emails I received answering my questions concerning my case (most of the time within minutes of being sent) or the phone calls being answered with one purpose to serve me and my questions and not leave me out in left field wondering, or maybe the compassion they showed, it may of had something to do with how kind they were to my son 7 years old and being on a spinner thingy, lol at their office. I can't tell you when the transition took place because I think it just evolved or maybe that's just what kind of GREAT people they are right off from the beginning, I don't know how to describe it but I will say looking back now, how she ( Jill Draughn)put up with me and some of my worries had to be what I would only be able to call a "God Thing". I haven't even spoken yet of Rocky Law Firm's state of the art office which they somehow was able to still give a warm home feeling to.
