He is excellent!!

This law firm is definitely worth the money. He had everything prepared and ready for me when I stepped into his office. He handled everything proficiently and effectively, and got us the best possible deal we could have asked for. Everything we needed he handled. He talked us/ walked us through everything that could happen so there were no surprises. If your in a tough situation I wouldn't hesitate. This is worth your time and money, trust me.

Kurt came through exactly as promised. Got put into something with ex-wife I wasn't even involved in. All charges were dropped 2 years ago but Metro Police never correctly updated there systems. So getting pulled over for a tail light out showed I had a warrant and got me a trip to jail. Released in an hour on my own reconnaissance, Kurt had it all expunged and worked out in days. I can't express in words the treatment I received from Attorney Hunter Higdon. The day I called for help he spoke to me himself and anyone that has hired a attorney knows this is rare. Not only did he speak to me day 1 but he invited me in the office and I saw him 2hrs after we spoke. He kept in contact with me the whole way. Now if you think that was amazing, read this... On top of the frustration of even having a case, I was also experiencing one of the darkest points in my life. I know when people hear " darkest point in life" they tend to think of drugs and/or alcohol. Neither of the two forementioned. I don't do many reviews but i feel obligated to write one when my family has received great kindness, compassion, and just down right honesty we have from this law firm. Rocky and his team have helped in so many ways its hard to list them all without typing out a small book. As for me the single most important service any company can offer it's customers is honesty and compassion. Rocky and his team are not just going to sit there and tell you what you want to hear, they are going to give you the honest truth and not make promises they cant keep. While the whole time making sure you are comfortable with what is going on. I watched my wife get ready to go into a deposition a nervous wreck only to have Rocky and his team calm her down while making sure she was completely comfortable with what was happening the entire time. Even if Rocky would have lost my families case I would not think twice about using or recommending Rocky and his team.

When I had my accident I had plenty to worry about as I was injured and bed ridden for months. Don't use this firm if you're Dyslexic I filed a EEOC charge Attorney Hunter didn't show up for mediation and never interview my Witnesses, I'm a mental patient due to on the job treatment Mr hunter or his firm never once even call to check on me and now refuse to turn over Documents " Doctors statements work documents from Hr... I can't hire another lawyer without the sensitive documents Mr hunter has ruin my case!!! Dyslexic clients Run!!!
