I got hit by a car on my bicycle, while on a small vacation in knoxville. Due to the severity of the accident i knew lawyers would jump on the case very quickly. The issue arose when i figured out that some lawfirms dont care about the people they are helping, they just want a paycheck. I did the research and shopped around, i wanted to find a lawyer who loved money but also to the same extent loved the clients. I found that with Ali Toll, she is one of the lawyers at rocky law. This girl is like super woman! Shes always there when i need her, even if she is at a little leage tournament with her family! Theres no lawyer in nashville who is that consistent, trust me i did the research. A couple things a really like besides my lawyer, 1) the front desk girl is incredible. Shes always on point with where everyone is, and she is genuinly kind. Weve even had long conversations while im healing doing nothing, Colleen you are awesome! 2) i really like the fact they do proffessional videography. It costs a little more but its worth it for sure, that is also something unique to rocky law firm 3) i also like the fact that im updated every week even if theres no updates, they do a really good job keeping in touch 4) they are very family oriented, my mom really trusts the firm, to the point of stearing people who doubt them in the right direction. 5) lastly i really like how Ali lets me help strategize, although my ideas are sometimes not helpful in any way shape or form, im not a lawyer, she still listens to them. Then she explains why it would or would not work. All in all its been an amazing experience. Being part of the circle is something i wanted and ive found that here to a greater sense than i could have possibly imagined.

I was involved in a MVA while on the job and I tried to settle the claim without seeking an attorney's advice. The opposing insurance offered me very little for the amount of injury and continued difficulties I have. My back was injured when I was hit head on by a truck on the wrong side of the road. I called Rocky McElhaney the next day. Rocky called me to talk about the wreck and my injuries and asked what could be done for me that day. They immediately sent James Klein to my house to talk about the wreck. Over the next few months, James and the rest of the staff at the firm worked very hard for me in dealing with the other party's insurance company. I was always kept up to date with every minute detail, but only when I asked! Overall I could not have asked for a better experience working with this firm. Five stars hands down. Do yourself a favor and hire these guys to handle everything for you. You will NOT be disappointed with the results.

I came to Rocky three and half years ago, I was involed in a accident that made the news and was pulbic saftey concern for everyone that traveled on highway 109. I was angry not only for what happened to me, but for the public safety as well. I called Rocky and he took it to the news media so we could send a strong message to the construction company for there negligence and irresponsible practices.
