After having been involved in an auto accident, I contacted the Law Firm of Rocky McElhaney to handle my personal injury legal issues. Due to the unfortunate circumstances of having been involved in two auto wrecks over the years I actually had to hire the firm twice. No one ever wants to have to deal with lawyers or be in the middle of a insurance dispute but if you do, I can honestly say that these guys are consistent and they took care of me both times. The entire staff at this firm is very professional and extremely personable. It was my husband's and my experience that they all work together as a team and genuinely care about their clients health and overall well-being. I would highly recommend the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm to anyone who has experienced personal injuries due to an accident- be it auto or any other type. I would especially like to thank Rocky McElhaney and our Attorney, Hunter Higdon and his Paralegal, Gina Dupree. They are truly the best of the best!

Called after Googling. Their website and internet searches show that they do nursing home and medical malpractice. When I called I asked specifically if they did this kind of law. I was told yes and asked if I would like to speak to an attorney. Asked again if they did this kind of law and was told yes. Then had me waste my time telling the attorney the information only to tell me they don't do that kind of law they have gravitated to accident claims and gave me a phone number to call. My time is valuable and this was a waste of time. They should have informed me when I asked not once but twice if they did this kind of law.

Great guy and a true professional

My mother and I were reluctant to hire an attorney for our accident. We had seen all of the advertisements on television for various attorneys and that just didn’t seem like us. Once we determined that we needed to hire an attorney to represent us, we chose the Rocky McElhaney Law Firm based on the references we read. From the very start, Rocky and his team were very professional. They didn’t make big promises, but kept us informed of what they would try to accomplish for us. Rocky told us early on that our case might take a while. It ended up taking almost two years to settle. During that time, Rocky and Gina (the paralegal handling our case) were extremely communicative with us. We never wondered what was going on or where we were in the process.
