They actually deserve a ZERO. It pains me to write this, but it's true. I would not hire this firm if you have a SERIOUS injury and can prove you are not at fault. A woman ran a stop sign, hit me and broke my wrist. I mistakenly hired this firm and they resolved nothing; I fired them. In the initial phone call they set you up to see a chiropractor. I was adamant that I didn't have a back injury and I already had a cast on my hand; but they lied to get me there. They told me the chiropractor was a doctor and he needed to look me over...NEGATIVE. He was a chiropractor. I told the chiropractor that I didn't have a back injury, just a broken wrist. He cancelled the appointment right then and there and sent me home. However, while I waited I noticed he prescribed everyone to see him 3x's per week. Next, let me inform you of my case manager, Jasmine Savoy. She doesn't return your phone calls. The defendant's insurance company called me three times and told me they have not been contacted by my attorney (that's why they kept calling me). When I called the law firm (3 times in two days; left two messages) and finally got the case manager on the phone (notice I called her, she never returned my two messages), she told me that she could not contact the insurance company until she received a police report. I didn't understand her logic because I picked up a copy of the report the week prior. Her excuse was she was waiting on the police department to send her the report and because of the storms the wait was longer. I was done. I didn't have the time or energy to drag out an insurance claim. My time is more important than the $1500-2000 you might get after all is said and done. Not to mention, I'm not with scams and games. My injury was cut and dry; but clearly not enough for Godsey and Martin. P.S. If you try to express your frustrations with them you will see (hear) their TRUE colors. The nice, compassionate, and understanding people on the phone will turn into rude and entitled a&%holes. Godsey and Martin may be excellent lawyers as they have two HUGE firms; but you will NEVER talk to them; nor will they EVER be involved in your case.

The sales people were great...friendly and attentive. Once the case was in their hands I got pretty much NO contact unless I initiated it. Calls and emails went unanswered. The case was small and pretty simple... or should I say "is" as it is still not resolved after over 9 months. I waited to post my review hoping for a better experience in the end.

The person that handle my initial interaction with Godsey-Martin was Yovanna Torres. She was very attentive to my needs. She was also very helpful in getting me started in the process.

My accident was almost a year ago. They are horrible when it comes to communication. I will never use them again.

My experience with Godsey martin was a great one, Ms.Nowlin was aways attentive any time I called. I pray I never need to use this service again, but if I get hit I will be calling Godsey Martin and I hope Ms Nowlin gets my case.

Amber addressed all of my needs and kept me up to date on every step made. I never had to play the guessing game or send emails regarding my case. I would definitely recommend this law firm.

Originally, I was unhappy with the service I was receiving. The communication was lacking, I felt the attorney was annoyed by my inquiries and I didn't feel like I was a priority at all. So I went into the main office to speak with Godsey or Martin, it didn't matter, I wanted them to hear my dissatisfaction directly. I spoke with Mr. Godsey and gave him the extent of my full dissatisfaction. Then something weird happened, he listened, he actually listened to me. He sincerely apologized for the treatment I had endured and assured me that this was not normal practice, that what I experienced was unacceptable and does not represent the company as a whole. Mr. Godsey worked diligently and efficiently and got me a fair compensation for my case. He was a true man of his word. I urge any and all of you to be vocal about what you need, they are here to work for you. Ask questions, be vocal about any concerns you have, go visit the office in person, be active in your case. Always be vocal and thorough about your needs and wants, Godsey Martin will take care of you.

Returned my call promptly, very apologetic about injuries, listen to what happened during the accident and immediately getting me some medical attention, Thank you very much Yovanna Torres

Buyer beware. They should be ashamed for not representing what they "preach" in their commercials. I wanted to change my negative review, however they wouldn't allow it. Please do your research!!! Choose your attorney wisely! DO NOT BE FOOLED!

I have never even met my attorney in person but I like her
