Georgina Neria was AMAZING !! I got hit last year, and she ended up taking over my case at some point.. I am SO happy that she took over. I fell on hard times and was in need of money, so I was calling her a lot, looking for updates. She never got mad or frustrated or anything. She took every call with compassion and she gave me any and every update that she could. If I couldnt reach her, she called me back in a timely manner. And when I needed extra help because my rent was way past due, she went out of her way to assist me with that. She figured out another solution to my problem. I would recommend this company and Georgina to ANYBODY. Thank you Georgina!!! You have saved me !!!

Everything about I Just Got Hit is HORRIBLE! The communication, call backs and even answers to what's going on can't be trusted. My accident happened in April and I haven't heard from my case worker since May. I requested a drop letter and they are still giving me the run around with that so I STRONGLY RECOMMEND nobody use this law firm.

The car you drive, food you eat, the concrete on the street you travel every day, etc.... most everything in your life/world came or was on a truck at one time. Why make truck drivers a target? How many times you went around a truck cause it was moving too slow? How many times have you sped up to get in front of one? Then make a turn. If you were in a wreck with a big truck, what was your part? FYI did you know most trucking companies have installed surround cameras? Cause attorneys like this make an truck inspection the cause of wrong when the car is really at fault ! From the building you meet him in, to the court house you will stand in would not and could not be possible without a truck. People say, "that truck hit me, I'll own that company" FYI 80,000 lbs truck hit your 4,000 lb car, what are your chances of living ? Dead man tells no tells ! Enjoying a lawsuit Crippled for life ? You get mad money and loose your legs? You want a handicap parking spot that bad? There is no perfect driver, car or truck but keep it real - you really should respect the danger driving close to one and respect the other driver no matter what their driving. Be aware !! It takes a 18 wheeler a football field length to stop!! Don't jump in front of one or ride on side of one.

This company is not worth your time, if you even think about it. Stop that thought and keep it pushing, most unprofessional, and sneaky company you could choose!

Very very terrible service. The case manager called me once in a month & didn’t share my police reports with the actually lawyer till I told the lawyer myself we had them and she was unaware I sent them to her already, and did not talk to us hardly ever. Every time we call they on lunch or break (for 3 hours) We ended up doin the work ourselves, getting information ourselves. We talked to the actual attorney maybe once or twice after threatening to leave. We left any way. Didn’t talk to us like we needed but the same day we fired them they for sure canceled all our appointments that same day; They didn’t have time for anything but definitely had time for that !
