My case is still in the works. However, I’ve been in contact with Katresia Rush and she’s been amazing answering my questions and concerns. In less than 24hrs she was able to get me a document that I desperately needed for employment. She’s Also nice, polite and well spoken.

My accident was December 2 2019 and my case still has not settled. My lawyer and case worker was switched without my knowledge. No one reached out to me. I had to leave several messages and emails. The only reason i went with this firm is they assured me when i was in the hospital that my medical bills would be taken care of. It doesn't take almost a year for medical bills. I am very unhappy with this firm. My husband did more than they did made sure my car got fixed promptly. They are out the loop. Too many cases. Im at the point of seeking new counsel. I still have not heard from my new attorney. Big ups to Sharday Marks she was the only reason i have not fired this firm. At this point im not seeing a good outcome.

Please don’t believe the hype!!! There communication sucks!! Whoever I was working with who gave me the information from day one just so happen to not work there anymore after a month on the case and the new person basically wanted to start from square one. I am 7 months pregnant and they had me going to pointless 10min therapy sessions 3x a week just to tell me they couldn’t help me . Case was dropped . I guess the called I received was basically wanting me to say there was nothing they could do .

I didnt want to give this company 1 star everyone on here must be on their payroll. My fiance and kids were in an accident back in June he broke his arm lost his job and we ended up losing our home, my kids were hurt, scared and terrified. I called only to have 6 different case workers, made a fuss just to find out who my attorney was and only spoke with him once and never heard from anyone again. I attempted to fire them after 3 months and they hadnt even pulled a police report, my mother in law paid for one and faxed it over so that they would start working our case. They still managed to put a lean out for 33 1/3 of our settlement even though they have done nothing for my family. I have called and have not gotten any answers and still full voicemails, and not even a returned call from a supervisor. I wouldnt recommend this firm to my worst enemy. in the end it is my family qho is suffering the most!! Do not trust these money hungry people! They care more about promoting this place than they actually do about working and interacting with their clients!!

My family obtained this law firm in May of last year after a car accident . We had some issues that arose with communication during the process . This was brought to the attention of Lynda Abney & Carol Davis with the negotiation team. These ladies stopped & gave my case their full attention . I received an update on my case for three days straight . On the fourth day i had a confirmation notice that was my check was being sent over night. My case was not your average accident case due to minors were included . These ladies fought with the insurance company as much as they could to get my family what they deserved . I would definitely refer this law firm to anyone who has been in a car accident. Thank You team Godsey Martin you rock !

Kimberly Clark (Dallas) was a breath of fresh air, I've been worrying about my case and just needed a better understanding of the whole legal process, she broke everything down in layman terms, no law jargons, just plain and simple. I asked a million and 1 questions about my case (Most people would of became irritated and dismissive) but not Kimberly, she answered every last one of them and then continued to ask me if I have any more questions. She was soooo nice and sweet, one of the nicest, kindest associates I ever spoke with at Godsey Martin, maybe even at any other Customer Service atmosphere/setting.
