I was in a rear end accident in 2019 everything was all good in the beginning always calling and keeping me updated about the case now I’m almost 3 years after my accident and over 18 months after treatment I still haven’t received a settlement or any update and every time i call them a new person is assigned to my case!!! This is a shame and the person that i have been talking to seems like he is just got up every time i talk to him!

I would like to thank Markeyshia w/Godsey Martin law firm. From day one being involved in an accident Markeyshia was there to answer all my questions. There were a few times that I called the office and she was busy, but she always returned my call within 24 hours. I got hit and Markeyshia hit me with excellent customer service.

Good business but there are a few case handlers that need retraining. The attorneys are great and they are willing to come see you anywhere you live after an accident which is a plus. Make certain your case handlers are doing what they are supposed to and the rest is great.
