I am actually working on the second accident in a year and two months time with this company and they have treated me as if I’m family. My husband was a passenger and they are actually handling his case as well. Recently, they’ve assigned a new case manager and now we have the same one which makes things way more convenient for us! Markeyshia Jackson has been very pleasant and made me feel like everything was really really just going to be OK. I think she’s probably a true blessing and I feel like God has us with the right people to assist us in our recovery! Shout out to Gowdy Martin, and especially Miss Jackson… You guys are amazing! This is my 2nd time using Godsey Martin. The first time I was very pleased. This time not so much. I understand things take time and I'm not the only client they have. However, I expect people to keep their word. If you say you're going to contact me on this date and time... do it. The non responsive nature that I have been getting is actually having me consider another lawyer. I have Priscilla Nowlin as my case Manger btw.

Simple case that should have had my car fixed in a matter of days has dragged on for more than 4 months due to the person at fault insurance company not wanting to settle the claim. I come here for help and seem like they working together because the result is the same. Other person receives citation for damaging my car but that's not enough for this insurance company to go to work on my behalf. I gave them a shot and they disappointed me big time. Lesson learned, never again.

My overall experience with both Donovan and Priscilla were beyong exceptional. Whenever I communicated an issue, they resolved it. When I was asked if I was happy about my initial offer I told them no, and they worked to get me what I felt I deserved. They took great care of me, and I am leaving a happy client.
