Christina Kennedy was very punctual and very concerned with my case. I was always aware and never had to call to question anything at all. I felt like I was in good hands and I've never met her. Even her staff was very generous n welcoming. I hope to never get in an accident again but if so I know exactly where to go. #godseymartinlawfirm

In the beginning, my original case manager was very responsive and helpful-got me lined up with physical therapy, etc immediately! Fast forward a few weeks and I was assigned a new case manager. She seemed helpful at first, but that quickly changed. When I responded to the attorneys direct email, she got defensive saying I should never talk to my own attorney-only her. When I asked questions, she acted like I was incompetent strictly because I wanted a timeline…told me she’d reach out every two weeks to get an update. I am now finished with physical therapy and all medical treatment and cannot get a response from anyone regarding next steps, whether they’ve gotten the paperwork needed from PT, etc. For a place that gets a third of your settlement, I would expect more consistent communication and someone who actually likes people to be the one dealing directly with clients. Very disappointed. UPDATE: it seems that maybe the issue was with the case manager specifically. Upon the issue being brought to light, I received a call from Ms. Glenda who gave me her direct cell phone number and assured me that this is not tolerated behavior and that I am free to speak with my attorney at any time I like-and to reach out to her directly if I have further problems. Hopefully the new case manager is all we need to fix things. Communication and kindness go a long way. Thank you Glenda for making me feel heard.

Called Godsey Law Firm after my accident. Working with ShaRhonda Griffith & Christina Kennedy during this process. Slow process currently but would not want to work with anyone else. Both are very respectful and sincere about what is going on with me as their client. Would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone that has had an accident. Awesome and exceptional law firm!!!

I was contacted immediately by Tiffany Rose she explained the entire process to me and made sure I understood what was going on. After dealing with Tiffany I was transferred to Francisco who provided great customer service as well, the process is a little longer than I expected but that just let me know that they are making sure there customers are well taken care of.

The Horsey Martin Law Firm got me more money than what I expected on my case, and I would recommend them to everyone that is in a car wreck, because they really do fight for you.

I would not recommend this firm. My mother has been neglected by the firm and are not aggressive. They are to nice and some behind the desk lawyers!!!! Out of the reviews ive read all ive seen is niceness no money!!!!! She has been with the firm since last year November and they still haven't got Pepsi Cola to claim yet even after driver admitted to hitting my mother!!!! My mother car doesn't work and couldn't make it to court out of state because of the accident and this lawfirm did not help her in anyway. She has worked withe the entire staff and all never made any progress..shes trying to fire them now but the wont give her the drop letter so once again neglecting her. I would not recommend this firm. U need a more aggressive firm that will really help u not be nice. Thats why Pepsi running over them even when they driver took pictures and admitted to hitting my mother and shes injured. All they want is your money they will not help u in any way at all. My mother made all the call got all information and this firm got the nerve to take pepsi side really cause if the driver admitted to hitting my mother then why hasn't this Nice firm gotten Pepsi to claim liability..My mothers life has completely changed and is very angry from the lack of work from this firm. So if u want nice here u go. Where is the money at oh no u not getting it from the reviews ive read but they really nice though!!!!!!

Decided to use them for my moms accident because I heard of them on the radio. Talk about you do all the work as the client and they collect the pay. They have been dragging my moms case and have been to busy to answer questions. The firm treats you like a number and your car can be damaged for months. They are more interested in medical pay outs and not the actual client or your questions. Had them for one month and tried to drop them. They released her with a lien saying they are going to collect regardless. Find a better attorney to represent your case. Someone who cares and they Will actually deserve the pay.

Priscilla my case manager and my attorneys where glad to help get things rolling I learned today that Patience gets more done and I have to say that proscillla helped me figure things out and that helped with my stress level a whole bunch I kinda was happy to have someone who was serious and stern about the case I’m fighting she spent a lengthy time with me gathering all my important documentation and meds and hospital visits she was very very responsive and assertive and confident which gave me a sense of security. She wasn’t scratching her eye balls out through hher head like me😂😂🤣🙏😂🤣😂 she did wonderful Priscilla and my attorneys are great I rate a 10 stars! Check out my new smile she made for me I haven’t smiled that hard in 3 years
