I used this guy for a divorce situation. Gave him a retainer which he blew thru very quickly with nothing to show for it. The divorce was uncontested and no court appearance was needed other than to have the judge sign the divorce paperwork. He then presented another surprise bill for another 4K. Angry that I didn't have my checkbook to quickly give him a check for the unexpected bill. UNLESS YOU ARE OUT OF YOUR MIND-DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I always refer to him as WORMbrodt. He is bad news. Something fishy about his good reviews. They pretty much all pertain to child custody matters. I would not trust a good review on this guy. He is bad news.

I dont deal with lawyers on a day to day basis,but i know for a fact this company will scam you and take your money. If they have any idea,knowing you dont have a clue on what your doing they will take that and run with lies. They stole a good $3,000 from me. Lieing and lieing making me feel stupid. Also they say the will work with you but in the end they won't. I had surgery and also was in a car wreck showing proof of both. We never once got a real court date. They would always say they set one but for some odd reason change it. On thier website they claim to help or give you their decision or best advice never once did they do this even tho i requested them to do so mutiple times.

Josh represented me in a child custody battle and divorce. He was awesome and very professional. He was very good at keeping me informed and answering all my questions. He was very understanding of my emotional state during my divorce and supportive too. He always stated the truth and provide me with all facts and options I had all throughout my divorce. He was very honest and fair on all my options and choices. I would recommended Josh for anybody . My children are safe and happy thanks to all Josh did for me and my family. Thank you!

This is a very unscrupulous firm! A bunch of blood suckers!! All they do is take advantage of your distraught emotional state and rack up ridiculous charges! Then, when you are left with no money and no way to pay, they immediately file to withdraw as your legal counsel with the court, leaving you to fend for yourself! Do yourself a favor and find another firm. All these people do is take advantage of trusting people. They are the kind of firm that gives the legal profession a bad name!!!

Mr. Randall Warmbrodt and Ms. Chandler Winslow was instrumental in helping my family with a difficult child custody battle. They were highly skilled in the law and very caring and personable. As a result my daughter and son in law were successfully released from any allegations that were brought against them. Seeing the hurt and pain that they were in, hurt me as I had to watch them walk through this very difficult time. Mr. Warmbrodt and Ms. Winslow conducted themselves in such a professional manner. They gave me the confidence that I needed to know that they were doing everything with in their power to help return our grand children to my daughter. Each time I would bring up a point for my daughter to bring to the attention of their attorneys and she would say they are already on it. Their attorneys were able to calm my fears and they won the case. I cant thank Mr. Warmbrodt and Ms. Winslow enough for returning my grand children back to their family.

Excellent and detailed service. We called Mr. Warmbrodt's office a few days before Christmas and they were willing to take on our case before the holidays. They were fast and very efficient. They did not miss one thing that involved our case. We won our case and were so happy that our family was reunited. We will be using Mr. Warmbrodt's firm for all of our family law needs. I can't even say enough about how much experience they brought to the table. Thank you so much!

Mr. Warmbrodt is extremely knowledgable and well versed in family law. This became very evident when my ex husband hired a flat fee attorney a few years fresh out of law school. Mr Warmbrodt has been very patient with me and his staff is amazing. We have had to jump through outrageous hoops because of my ex husband and Mr. Warmbrodt has done so with professionalism and efficiency every time. He is the only attorney I would trust with family matters moving forward.

This law firm overcharged me to write a simple letter full of grammatical errors. I was not kept informed of important issues regarding my case. The paralegals lied repeatedly. If someone needs help from a law firm with employees who act in a professional manner, this is definitely the wrong one.

All cases lawyers work with are important to the client. But, I could tell my case was important to Mr. Andor, too. Always respectful and knowledgeable. He is really nice in the office, but can be...direct and tough in the courtroom. If you have a case that you really need to win, call Mr. Andor and his office. Great, great, great representation.

Although Randy Warmbrodt was articulate and good at writing up court documents, he way over billed for his time and miss very critical deadlines on our case. His arrogant and controlling demeanor makes it difficult to deal with him. I spoke with former staff members, and they confirmed that he works up his monthly billing with the goal of charging each active case approximately $10K monthly. If you have money to burn, then you will like him as a lawyer and he will LOVE YOU. If, however, you are not rich, then you need to go elsewhere because he will rob you blind.

Josh was my representative in two Criminal Cases and a Civil Case this year. Needless to say, I had a lot riding on Josh. I'm one of those guys/clients that performs his due-diligence prior to making a purchase or entering into an agreement and I also set high-expectations of others so I may not be easiest client to deal with but Josh meet my initial criteria and surpassed my expectations! I don't envy his career as I think there are a lot of unscrupulous clients but Josh treated me and my case and everyone I ever saw him interact with in a respectful manner. He is very well liked and respected by his peers and Collin County Judiciaries/Personnel/Staff. Josh is well versed on local court practices, procedures and Law. He is compassionate, a people person, family man and down to earth. I was impressed by his candor. He is ethical and understood all the facts of my case (s). His billing is fair; not cheap but as the old basic rule of economics holds - you get what you pay for, so I'm glad I invested what I did given the outcome of my legal situation. I faced a Class B Felony Assault charge, Class A Misdemeanor and a Civil suit that involved CPS and the risk of losing custody of my children. Josh fought hard and given the facts I knew he couldn't perform a miracle but he delivered the next best thing. The Justice system isn't very kind to us if we have a history of getting in trouble, so we can't be unrealistic in our expectations....unless of course you're O.J. :) However, Josh managed to succeed in having my Misdemeanor dismissed, settled our Civil case outside of court with terms I agreed to and he negotiated what initially started out as an offer from the D.A.'s office to serve 5yrs in Prison + Felony Conviction to Deferred Adjudication + Probation! In closing, I'd like to share the following excerpt from a Lawyer's Blog that I came across online because we all tend to share this viewpoint when it comes to shopping for a Lawyer, I know I did. However, this describes the kind of Lawyer Josh Andor is NOT! (but, it does sound a lot like the guy my ex-wife hired. lol) Cheers! "Lawyers are some of the most disagreeable people you will meet. Law schools attract egomaniacs, narcissists, greedy people, and even snakes. We play mind games. We have no mercy. Some of us only care about money, not our clients. We are always posturing, posturing, posturing, and then we pound our chests."

Overall, my main complaint is poor communication regarding documents and the entire process not being explained in layman's terms, and the office is moderately overpriced for services provided along with a confrontational attitude from Mr.Warmbrodt. The office was more than willing to call me on a regular basis to notify me that no progress was made via voicemail and also charge me for such notification. If I have received no documents or email and I do not call someone, I am well aware no progress is made. Please do not charge someone for that. Mr.Warmbrodt does not seem to take too kindly when you try to evaluate the firm. I tried to give some feedback on how I felt throughout the case in order to help him improve his interaction with clients in the future. Rather than apologizing or accepting constructive criticism, I felt rudely insulted through email with him defending himself as if he was in a court room. That behavior is precisely the thing he needs to work on. I am the client, and I deserve a little respect and should be able to express my opinion about how everything was handled.
