It took me almost a year to get a settlement . The chiropractor place was great but they referred me to this lawyer who doesn’t care about much they get for you only there part from our settlements they received 3 times more than what we did . We would constantly have to call to get more information and to check the update. Their office just shows they don’t care about your case they’ll just sweet talk you into saying they’ll get the most money but end up taking 33% of the settlement then leaving you with the rest after they deduct the hospital and chiropractor . Please get a well know Injury lawyer or be your own person bc they will get you nothing to the losses you had.

They don’t answer in a timely manner or respond back to calls. They didn’t send the information needed until after the due date which caused my claim to be denied. Then told me they won’t be taking my case any longer and to find another attorney. Communication sucks, they waste your time until you have to start all over again. Don’t waste your time, effort, patience nor money on them

My personal experience from the beginning of my accident ( that was not my fault) was a mess. Which led me to call this attorney office i had found online. At first, was very helpful. Then, it truly seemed as if so much time had went by they forgot i was even a client of theirs. I never received calls with updates and was in the dark the entire time. The whole experience was huge waste of my time and money and i would not recommend.

I highly recommend David S. Kohm & Associates! They took care of us and worked hard to see that we achieved a successful outcome. In particular, I want to praise the hard work and excellent service of Michael Berryman. He answered all my questions, guided us, and always took time to update me especially when I was sometimes feeling a little anxious about everything. He made me feel like everything would be okay- and it was! We are very grateful that we chose this firm.

If you are looking for someone to represent you after an accident this is not the place very rude disrespectful unprofessional I would never recommend this place to anyone. If you see the name David S. Kohm & Associates please run the opposite way. If there was a way to give them a no-star I would do that.

Very easy group to work with. They are bilingual which helped out my parents. They handled everything for us, without us having to stress or have any worries! Definitely recommend.
