I had a very nice experience. Very helpful and really good about getting back to me when anything changed or needed my approval on something.

The worst law firm to hire in regards to any case. The firm does not have the manpower to handle their case load whatsoever. They will continue to sign new clients on only to disregard them. Their technology is from the 80’s and the managing attorney is horrible at his job. RUN!!!!!!

Just was told by one of the office staff that basically the reason the case is going the way it's going is because it's my fault. Even though me and my children were the ones who were hit. NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICES I HAVE RECEIVED. I am constantly told we will call you back, and I wait days or weeks with no return call.

They have taken a year to let us know they only got the at fault party insurance to pay hospital bills. When the car that was totaled was a work vehicle and the client was on the job. We had to relocate out of state and lost our storage unit. It cost us damn near 4k just to lose everything and head to south Carolina near family just to survive. The whole event displaced us financially. When we called here recently, they asked US to call them back and bring them a number and then they will fight for that. Never in my life and not the first experience in our life dealing with stuff like this has a lawyer asked the client what number. These guys should be defending us and should understand what number to be fighting for in a settlement. Very disappointed and would not recommend these guys.

My experience throughout my time with DKA was a life saver. I was treated very well. They kept me informed all the way. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful. I would consider them to anyone in need of an attorney. Thank you for all your help.
