Through all the stress I endured leading up to the finalization of my divorce, Faun Rowland explained the process each step of the way, showed sympathy and understanding, and consistently had my best interest in mind. Her calming demeanor was exactly what I needed upfront, but it never overshadowed her drive and assertiveness throughout process. Thank you for always being available to talk, thank you for making it make sense, thank you for all of your diligence and thank you for ridding me of the dark cloud over my head!

My experience with David E. & Associates has been pleasant. Everyone were nice, professional, and helpful. I reccomand this firm 100%.

Communication with this firm was like pulling teeth! Not only did they not ever call us first with any updates, getting in touch with someone about our case always took several calls, at least. Our case which was a fairly simple one, took almost two years to settle. And it would have taken longer but we’re finally had to start calling often and complaining about the things I’ve previously mentioned. We heard some pretty ridiculous reasons why we were being delayed so long. Our “substantial” settlement that we were told about in the beginning turned out to be about a sixth of what we were expecting and barely paid the bills off by the time it was over. Extremely EXTREMELY disappointed in this form and would never use them again!

Horrible!! Elizabeth Whitaker came to court completely unprepared. Hadn't reviewed my case, didn't review any of the evidence prior to our trial, was literally highlighting and writing exhibit number on documents while we were in front of the judge, barely said anything, all the while I have paid thousands of dollars for them to represent me. I had even previously emailed her outlining some things to present in court and of course none of that was done. If I could give them zero stars I would, they literally stole my money.
