I employed this firm and my case changed hands with attorneys within the firm literally 12 times and nobody new anything about my case that had it. I think they do it that way so they have an excuse if they make a mistake. I know I've encountered alot of incompetence and mistakes on there part and my case suffered the consequences! Do not hire this firm if you want to win any case especially personal injury claim you will be severely sorry you did. I got nothing but substandard service from begging to end and this will ruin repeat business. This firm only concerned with putting your money in there pocket not getting money in your pocket

This was the first time to use a lawyer & I can't complain about anything. My girlfriend & I were hit by an eighteen wheeler the day before Thanksgiving last year, worst day of my life. All the trouble went away with one call to Kohm & Associates. They provided us with chiropractors, Dr.s, we both got more than was expected in the settlement & from the services provided. Thank you David S. Kohm & Associates for helping us get back to our lives.

Just finished up a great experience with David S. Kohm and Associates. They are truly a excellent team of legal counsel for personal injury claims. Right from the beginning I had top notch one on one assistance that walked me through the entire process. Great service in a timely matter..

David was very professional, kind, and curtious. Always answered the phone or returned my call on a timely manner and Michael his parallegal. He made me feel comfortable at my hearing, it went smoothly. He was experienced and he knew what he was doing... Very knowledgeable! I highly recommend David!

I wish I could give it less than a 1 star . These people are extremely rude ! I had a wreck in November and I only heard from them 3 times . And I HAD TO CALL THEM . Then they don’t do any work and try to take all your money 🤦🏽‍♀️ . Worse place ever .
