I am very happy and grateful for the service I received from this Law Firm in particular Kim Wyatt. I had a Worker's Comp Claim which lasted almost 2 years. Now let me explain, in 2010 Worker's Comp Laws changed concerning Worker's Comp Claims in the State of Texas to the point where the Worker has to fight for every injury claim, treatment for the Injury up to and including surgery. The Insurance Companies were NOW allowed to DENY or Dispute EVERYTHING thanks to the Lobbyists for the Insurance Companies. The ONLY people who can understand these changes are Attorneys who work day in and day out to do so. Not only that they deal with all of the Financial and Emotional rollercoaster that they see and hear about from their Clients. Kim Wyatt navigated this mine field with Grace Compassion and Understanding and she put up with a lot from me. I became Angry, Depressed, Confused, and in general at time's a pain in the a**. When other Attorneys would have told me to paddle my boat on my own, Kim stuck with me through it all and represented me with Strength, Wisdom, Understanding and Compassion and in some instances she was Stern with me to calm me down in order to explain what was going on with my case. Insurance Companies are Bottom Feeding Snake's but Kim Wyatt is a Snake Handler Extroidinare with the backing of a GREAT Law Firm, Bailey and Galyen whom I HIGHLY RECOMMEND . Kim Wyatt was not the first attorney on my case. I was referred to Bailey and Galyen after numerous issues with the original law firm I had hired. Kim willingly took my case and proceeded to clean house !! She handled issue after issue and got me everything I needed. Kim told me the best way to contact her is by e-mail and she was true to her word. Consistantly responded within the hour of any contact from me. If I needed to speak to her she would return phone calls promptly, usually emailing to let me know when to expect her call. When it came to handling hearings she was AWESOME !! Atty Wyatt was very easy to talk with and explain the process concerning my case from the initial consultation until present. She answers all questions and concerns and If you don't understand certain terms she explains what they mean in layman terms. She genuinely cares about her clients and I'm grateful to have her as my Counsel. Several times I've asked her a question and she yet answers with patience and consideration that my injury left me a horrible place physically and emotionally! Again, you can always feel her concern no matter what time or day it is.

I am very pleased with the help that I received from Kim and Ann. I were very impressed with Ann when she represented me in my hearings. Hiring them to represent me was the best thing that I did.
