I wanted to know more about the process, I had started with this company. I was confused needed help I spoke with Norma and she was rude condescending. I will never give them my business.

I contacted this Law firm to discuss possible representation. I never heard from anyone. I actually put in 2 request online via their website. To not get a response is very disappointing.

Don't use this firm! They will rip you off!! They do not keep you updated on the status of your case and will charge you $35 every time you call or email them. They have office managers and attorneys handling your matter and then in midstream someone new will take over without a word from them. Do yourself a favor and go find yourself a real law firm. Trust me

Hello! I went and Seen Dr, Rory Allen at Blue Star Rehabilitation. He recommend Kim Wyatt as my lawyer. I was some what worried when I didn't get her. They told me she always wins. I did get a very good Lawyer by the name of Mildred Ashley. Since I really didn't understand a lot, I left it in her hands. And if I had questions all I had to do was email and she would answer me later that evening. All I can say is she very nice and Great. And yes we won. Thank You Mildred Ashley for taking care of me.

Hello my name is Terry Johnson I am one of your clients, you guys have been handling a Workmen’s Comp. claim for me I work at General Motors and you know I have been a little concerned about my case I think we’ve gone through couple of different legal aids are assistance through my process but I met with GM yesterday for a hearing in front of the judge I had never met him before we have chatted via email a few times I believe but never met her personally to yesterday and I’m really impressed with the way she knew the case I didn’t know she knew the case that well and tool she kind of made the GM’s attorney Backstep a couple times in the Diggin constantly through things that had been noted in our first hearing with the judge that Kim seem to have known it was able to throw them out there and it was really fascinating to watch your work I’m not at all I’m happy with the treatment and the knowledge after meet with her and watching her perform I think should be a very splendid job very happy with her many thanks to Caleb.

I would highly recommend Mrs. Wyatt to anyone that's having problems with the workers comp insurance. She is very detailed oriented and she is amazing in the court room. At first it's a slow process and you have to give her time to get the ball rolling with the state, the state anything but fast. So be patient and don't be rude, Mrs. Wyatt and her team are working hard for you. Learn from my mistake.. unfortunately the system is really broken and it may seem like one cares, but doubt Mrs. Wyatt. She does care and she will fight for you if you're truly hurt. Please understand all workers comp lawyer have their plates full, so if you don't get a phone call or an email back give her time a she will respond. If you hire Mrs. Wyatt and her team you will not regret it and you will know you have the best lawyer on your side.

Approached the folks at the Arlington office regarding an issue. The representative was not able to address my concerns right away and said she would call me later that day or the next day. A week later I contacted the representative who then advised me they did not work on my "type" of claim. Disappointed in the total lack of follow through...would not recommend this agency for anything.

I would strongly recommend attorney Kim Wyatt for any workers comp legal stuff - she put an excellent performance on my behalf, was able to rapidly see through a rather complex case, like only a good Attorney can.
