I have had some issues with this firm, but once my case started getting somewhere, and I started working with the attorney Kim Wyatt, things got much better. My case has been going on for over a year now. This is not their fault. However, for the first 6 months or so, dealing with them was was very difficult. I was ignored, and left in the dark most of the time. My case was tossed around to different people, who seemed like they didn't have a clue about it. Many of them were rude, which is the last thing you need on top of your stressful case. It was next to impossible to get anyone on the phone, and they charge you every time you call about an update on your case. They came very close to missing some deadlines. I understand that they all must be busy, but they really need to improve their standards in my opinion. However, once I started dealing with Kim Wyatt, things improved vastly . She is very good about responding to emails in a timely manner. She offers all the information I need, so that I really understand the status of my case. She is friendly and professional, and it seems like she is really on top of things. I feel like I can trust her with my case, and I don't have to stress about it every day. I was represented in court by Eric Robertson, who was very professional, and I feel like he helped my case alot. He made sure that I understood the process and details, before and after my hearing. Overall, I feel like the firm needs improvement, and the legal assistants may need more training, but currently I am happy with my case, and the attorney. They have helped me win my case, although the insurance company is still disputing it. I do recommend this firm, but I also recommend that you do some research about your case first. I wouldn't recommend just handing your case over, and not keeping up with it. At times you may need to remind them of deadlines or small but important details. I feel as if having them on my side was crucial.
