Paid this law firm $3500 to represent me. It took them almost 3 months to finally draft any papers. By the time they had drafted any papers I had worked things out and no longer wanted to retain this firm any longer. I was told upon retaining this firm that the $3500 would cover all documentation as well as court dates and hearings. I was able to cancel this firm before a court date was even scheduled. Also in the papers I received upon retaining this firm. It stated I would receive a billing statement within 5 days of retainment as well as every month. I have never received any billing statement from this law firm. I have requested my billing statement for a month now in order to prove that I have exhausted $3500. They have not responded to my emails or even reached out to me regarding this matter. The billing statement is important in showing how my money was spent and they can’t even provide this documentation, because clearly I chose to release this firm from representing before any work was done and they are refusing to refund me any type of money. I would not recommend this firm based on this shady behavior. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are over charging so I would definitely get quotes from other attorneys first.

My husband called several lawyers in the area about his Workers Comp case and Ms. Wyatt was the only one willing to talk to him about it. Once she listened to everything he told her she gladly took his case. She was diligent in getting the job done and won his case. She went above and beyond to accomplish this. My husband is a truck driver and is over the road so she was able to get him to call in for meetings and court dates. Ms. Wyatt followed up with him and got the job done. If we ever need an attorney in the future we will reach out to Ms. Wyatt again.

I have been dealing with Work Comp since my original injury - 11/04/14. Out of desperation I obtained services from the Casaubon firm in 10/15. Between then and when my case was assigned to Kim Wyatt a few months ago I saw very little progress on my case. In fact, I felt like I still had nobody in my corner. Kim stepped in and from that point on things started moving. Within this short time frame she was able to get my case settled. I am extremely happy with Kim's assistance. She was pro-active, professional, courteous and most of all supportive.

Worst experience ever! They did not help me with my divorce case and did'nt call or send me a notice for a court date and they still expect me to pay $1200.00 more, hell noo!

My wife and I contacted Bailey & Galyen last September regarding a simple child custody modification. They were so nice and helpful at first. They assured us that this was a simple process and it would be done by the new year, two months max. We sent them a list of all specific modifications which they said would help speed the process up. Well it is now May '13 and there is no light at the end of the tunnel. After months of calling with absolutely no response and emails went unanswered they finally sent us the modification and the kids birthdays were wrong! We received the revised final documents months later (day of the court case mind you, which now who knows when the next date will be) and all parties signed with no issues. We dropped off the signed documents and the lawyer apologized because this process took so long! She said that she was out on leave and it seemed like no one picked up the case! Well, we just got a bill for $700 because it took longer then they expected.... Get this, they charged us every time WE called them to check in the status of our case. They charged us to revise the documents that they screwed up. They charged us for DROPPING OFF THE DOCUMENTS. This firm is the reason why all the lawyer jokes exist! They misrepresent them selfs as a law firm when really they are low level crooks! They take your money, ignore you for 5+ months then hold your case hostage until you pay them more money then what was agreed upon. Our nightmare is still not over! We will take this further if they do not correct. We will continue to post our story so everyone who considers using this law firm knows exactly how they will be treated.

Mr Luis Julia of the firm Bailey&Galyen have provided me with world class legal representation with regard to my worker compensation case. All though it was a difficult case with strong opposition,Mr Julia was able to bring the truth to light so that I could recieve justice.I recommend him and his firm highly to anyone who have been injured in the work place.You will find that he is very compassionate and respectful of his clients.His assistant Priscilla is equally professonal and was a great help in bringing the case to a positive conclusion.
