Hiring Susan Taylor was a huge mistake! I retract my original review, because at that time, she had me snowed and was telling me, my home was safe and ultimately, it had been sold in foreclose!! She lead me to believe for months, that my home had not sold and to not worry! Then she had me on a roller coaster ride, by calling me and saying, “my home did sell!” She is ditsy and soft spoken and seems very sweet.. Please don’t let it fool you!! I had to request she was taken off my case, to the Judge, in front of Susan Taylor! He granted my wishes and I was able to hire my new Attorney, that really did the proper work and was able to have the foreclose overturned and saved my home!! Do not use Susan Taylor!! Good Luck!

I came to Susan scared and not knowing what to do about my debt situation. She was so sweet and friendly and made me feel at ease. She explained my options and how it works with Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. So informative and help me follow through with the whole process. Her staff, Melissa and Maryann were so helpful and friendly as well. Would highly recommend!

So basically I was told I have to put money down and they would send me paperwork to sign acknowledging that I would be a client of theirs and to wait a few months before I did anything with them. A couple of months down the road I ended up moving and when I called back and asked how does that deposit work because I never signed any agreement or never went into contract with them the office lady who was super rude and super dismissive and condescending basically told me over and over again that her sending me the email was my acknowledgement. I kept politely asking her if there was a section in the email on the paperwork that said I have to sign anything as a Ignacio payment of a contract she wouldn't answer key we keep going back and seen the email to email to email super rude I would not recommend this to anybody regardless of what they advertised as far as discounts or cheap and affordable because all they do is tell you that so you call them you pay them a retainer or you pay them a deposit even though you don't going to contract with them they acknowledge that is you do and then they tell you to wait several months and then when things don't work out or nothing happens then they tell you the money you paid up front was gone and you don't get any more help

Sent an email 2 weeks ago inquiring about a potential case. Never got the courtesy of a reply. No way to run a business.. UpDate.. now 5 months has passed.. still no response to my email. This sort of basic human disregard for another is inexcusable. Frankly, I'd be thrilled if he never gets another client. I'll deal with another professional who understands how to apply basic common decency to client communications, even if it is a case you are not interested in. Joe Lopez
Update.. May 2021.. I did finally receive a very apologetic email from Joe, who admitted to somehow overlooking my inquiry for many months. He provided his personal email and cellphone, and we've had several congenial phone calls since. Joe got right on investigation of my concerns, and has responded to them to my satisfaction. We've learned we have many common interests, and I'm appreciative that he was man enough to take full responsibility for his oversight.
I'll likely have no direct experience with Mr. Lopez's professional capabilities, but I'm feeling much better about not initially receiving a response, and have upgraded my rating accordingly

I went to see Susan Taylor shortly after she and I spoke on the telephone the first time. Our first meeting was in her Austin office off 15th street. After meeting Mrs Taylor, I knew that she would be the one to represent me.
Susan is licensed, competent, and prepared to take on anything that comes her way. She made me feel comfortable and welcome with her wonderful ability to adapt to my interests and life experience. After being a police officer for 10 years, I have issues trusting most people, and with good reason. Although law enforcement has the ability to make a person jaded and suspect everyone else is up to no good, Mrs.Taylor managed to bypass my often critical assessment.
Mrs. Taylor’s mild mannered demeanor and ability to speak with anyone about anything make her the perfect counselor for something as complex as a bankruptcy. I do not think that anyone goes through life spending wastefully knowing that bankruptcy is an option to be used as a kind of Kings X when things are no longer manageable. But it is nice that the bankruptcy laws exist and can be used when things do not go as planned or intended.
After leaving law enforcement, I returned to Austin and decided I wanted to become a commercial pilot. I enrolled in Deltas flight school in Sanford, Florida and shortly after moved to Florida. I became a Commercial Pilot rated to fly both single engine and multi-engine aircraft for hire, and was IFR (instrument flight rules)I rated to fly with little to no visibility.
I am almost 50, and have been healthy my whole life. In the last 3 years I have had more negative things happen than most could handle. I have had a heart attack, stroke, and a major brain bleed (aneurism) in January. This last hospitalization was 4 months long, and I know now more than ever, just how important family can be. There is no way I could have survived without my wonderful supportive family.
In aviation, a pilot 40 years old and older must renew their medical every 6 months to fly commercially with passengers, and it must be a 1st class medical. My story is a perfect example of how things can turn around in your life with little or no warning. Because of my most resent Aneurism in January, obtaining a first class medical is highly unlikely according to my primary physician, who at one tone was an FAA medical examiner and issued the Medicals for flying. So that is the reason I am filing chapter 7, it’s the only viable option I have. I went with Susan Taylor for legal representation because I was impressed when we met. I think most people have mixed emotions about bankruptcy and I definitely did but Susan helped me realize that it doesn’t make me a bad person because I have to utilize bankruptcy laws it makes me a person that’s in need for them and that’s why they exist.
If you are considering bankruptcy, than I highly recommend calling the Susan Taylor Law Office for representation. I hope that my experience helps others make the decision to call Mrs Taylor for a free review of your case.

I was very fortunate to have the expertise of Attorney Susan Taylor in taking my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy case. She is an honorable representative of her profession as an Austin Bankruptcy Attorney. From the moment she began working on my case, she was diligent, compassionate and thorough. Although this process was challenging, she was always supportive with no judgement nor bias toward my circumstances. During these very uncertain times, her assistance with this debt relief has eased my overwhelming financial and emotional well being. Legal Assistants, Mary Ann Cortez and Melissa Luna also offered immense assistance and encouragement throughout this process. I would highly recommend Susan Taylor and her staff to offer guidance for anyone who may be requiring assistance in the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy process. It was a privilege and a blessing to work with the entire staff of this law firm.

Hello,
My name is Adam, I was born and raised in Austin, and I am also current Client of Susan G Taylor’s.
I just wanted to take a moment to recommend her Services to everyone!
I have retained several Attorneys over the years, however, not once did any of them spend over an hour on the phone explaining everything to me in detail as to want to expect for free!
I generally, do not recommend people or companies to others, but I definitely recommend Susan G Taylor, Attorney for your Bankruptcy Attorney!
