My name is Robert and I worked for IRS for 32 years and have been an enrolled agent for 14 years specializing in collection issues and Offers in Compromise. Susan brought me in on several of her cases because, in her review of the clients' financial situation she correctly determined that bankruptcy would not help them resolve their IRS problems but other IRS alternatives might. Her full service attitude of completely resolving her clients' problems led her to call me in and in several situations we were able to get permanent resolution of the problem via offers in compromise when bankruptcy just wouldn't work. This honest and holistic resolution policy is what I would want should I be looking for someone to help me solve my financial problems.

I feel so blessed to have had Susan and her staff Melissa and Maryann handle my bankruptcy case. Doing the process I lost my job, and had to move out of my place. I had no family or nowhere to turn. When I talked to Maryann and Melissa they were very concerned about my well- being. Melissa contacted her friend while I was sitting there to see if they could help me find a job, and her friend contacted me that same day and had me working again that Monday. Being that I am out of town alot, Susan was able to meet my needs and schedule an over the phone meeting. She answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable, she is confident in what she does which made me feel confident and comfortable having her handle my bankruptcy. Once again I wanted to share how much of an amazing job Susan Taylor did for my case. As I stated before, she gave me instant relief starting from my very first call to inquiry about her services. One of the things that impressed me was how thorough Susan was during an intake discussion; she asked questions and presented issues that no other attorney had done; those questions showed problem areas that have made me hold off a filing! The other attorneys would have had these same problems but only after I would have paid them, then they could have charged more.... Susan saved me a lot of money and headache by her thorough questioning.

I got a chance to do business with this attorney and I had a very positive experience, I know there it is a difficult time at this point in my life and she made it seem like there is light at the end of the tunnel. Her prices are the best I've ever seen.
