All of the above qualities and then some!!! I first had a consultation with Susan in February 2020 when everything started to steamroll into chaos. She was so compassionate and caring in handling taking my information and once she realized the potential loss I was facing, offered me a significant discount, when all other attorneys I had spoken to found nothing but reasons to jack up the price for a person in a diar situation. I continued to push forward and put getting started on the bankruptcy process on the back burner, as Covid 19 was dictating my next moves. I finally had enough and called back today. It was so difficult for me to even explain the drastic changes since when we last spoke, that her assistant scheduled a next day phone call with Susan, quoting me the same price that was offered to me back in February without me having to mention previous discussions. Needless to say, it was very heart warming and gave me an instant feeling of light at the end of this tunnel. I feel so blessed to have had Susan and her staff Melissa and Maryann handle my bankruptcy case. Doing the process I lost my job, and had to move out of my place. I had no family or nowhere to turn.
