I absolutely love the friendly judgement free approach that is being taken while handling my case. Susan and Maryann have treated me with dignity and respect. The communication and advocacy that is provided is exceptional and you can tell that they are genuinely interested in making sure that you are successful in your plan. They have been so helpful even while going through this pandemic. Hands down a great experience dealing with a not so great situation! I have just started the process with them and will update this review as I go for anyone looking for an honest, unbiased review. Update as of 12/21/2020 my credit was wiped clean the day I received my discharge letter back in October. The process was simple and fast and I can't thank Susan Taylor and her staff enough. My score as of now is slowly climbing and I'm so grateful for my second chance at obtaining great credit. So to anyone hesitant about bankruptcy, it really is the best thing I could have done. I'm on my way to a fresh start to building my credit up again and definitely learned alot from this experience. Thanks again ST staff:)

One of the things that impressed me was how thorough Susan was during an intake discussion; she asked questions and presented issues that no other attorney had done; those questions showed problem areas that have made me hold off a filing! The other attorneys would have had these same problems but only after I would have paid them, then they could have charged more.... Susan saved me a lot of money and headache by her thorough questioning.

It was a stressful time dealing with phone calls and letters from creditors and also scary when the court sends process servers to your house to sign papers. After that I called multiple law offices but chose Susan due to her friendly and accomodating nature as well as her experience and record.
