Before filing for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, I was worried that the process was going to be an absolutely nightmarish experience. Being the skeptic that I am, but knowing that I really needed help, I took a leap of faith and decided to give Ms. Taylor a call. And I will forever be grateful to her, her team, and The Heavens that I did! Ms. Taylor and her staff were phenomenal from day one. Warm, kind, patient, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, understanding—these are just a few of the attributes that I can give them. The Law Office of Susan G. Taylor guided me through what could have been a hellish experience and quickly eased my fears and worries (of which, there were many). So if you live in the Austin / San Antonio area and need Ch. 7 bankruptcy help (or even help with debt relief or foreclosure), do yourself a favor and hire Ms. Taylor as your bankruptcy lawyer. Susan is extremely unprofessional. She never answers phone calls. I had paid for a bankruptcy last year and I called MANY times to ask her for an update. Her secretary said she'd call me right back and she never does. It's been a year and she has made no progress on my case, and has completely dodged me. Basically, she took my money and ran. I highly recommend not trusting her with your finances. I regret doing so.

DO NOT HIRE HER!!! She made me pay in full immediately, did absolutely nothing on my case, and then “terminated” me and my payment (a cashiers check). She has not refunded me nor will her office return my calls or emails. She is a TERRIBLE lawyer, completely incompetent, a thief and sounds like she is super pilled out at all times.

SUSAN G TAYLOR IS A THIEF THAT STEALS MONEY FROM VETERANS!!! BEWARE OF THIS LAW FIRM, SCAMMERS WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND FIRE YOU FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO REACH YOU IF YOU DONT ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! They took my $500 but somehow I’m the scammer??? lol First off let me start by saying this review is based on my own experience with this law firm, although others have had a great experiences mine was horrible. . This law firm took my $500 for a means test that I never even got to use for ch13, they are horrible at scheduling and somehow do not schedule calls, they call at random times in the day and expect you to be standing by the phone to answer. I would call them back and weeks would go by before someone would try to call me during my working hours and they got upset I wasn’t available, I’m a very busy person I help Veterans file claims with the VA and always with a veteran in my office, when my phone rings I do not stop in the middle of an interview to answer personal calls it’s just disrespectful to the veterans I help. Well The staff didn’t like it and almost feels I was black listed because I would call back and they refused and ignored the request to schedule me an actual phone appointment so we could continue, In fact they ignored my request for a scheduled call and proceeded to call me unplanned unscheduled and naturally I missed the call, I would call them back and they would take weeks to reply. They claim they are busy well so am I and just as I can’t just walk in anytime to their office and demand to see the lawyer they should also respect my work schedule and schedule me for a phone appointment so I could be ready and standing by for the call. apparently this request is too much to ask for from a law firm and they discarded me for “being too busy and impossible to get a hold of” to this date they refuse to schedule me for a phone appointment! Who runs a law firm like this? So from the hip and unorganized with no schedule. Well their last email I was told to kick rocks and they kept my $500 for doing the means test which I now have to figure out another option. I met with Susan in person, she was a lovely person, her staff failed her with me, I hope she fixes this so it doesn’t happen to someone else. Beware of this terrible business practice!
