After less than 5 minutes on the phone with with Susan I got a good idea of what it must be like to work with or for her. Absolutely insulting demeanor and condescending tone. Just a heads up, she's going to talk to you like she thinks you're an idiot. She's obviously the "smartest person in the room". Not anyone I would do business with.

Very honest and helpful!

Joe Lopez is a hell of a good lawyer and someone I would trust with just about anything.

Extremely disrespectful! She talked over me and said she didn't believe what I was saying. She said she did want to take my case anymore because we were unresponsive, but we have all the proof and emails. She then got mad and said she would refund my money and when I called to give her my new banking information she said, "...I retract that statement and I'm not going to give you a dime!" We did everything they asked and if we messed up on something or didn't respond to the email in a certain highlighted color then we had to resend it.

Susan is incredibly helpful and professional. Although my particular need was not something I could directly work with her on she took the time to listen and provide incredible input. I would recommend Susan to anyone in the area.
