Susan and her staff are competent AND caring. I retained Susan for my Chapter 7 in Austin. She is hands-on, knowledgeable, and she reassured me that I wasn't a deadbeat! Additionally, she is totally accessible. I can call and actually speak with HER, and she will answer any and all Chapter 7 questions. She is very good at explaining the process which is very complicated but she makes it understandable. She has tons of experience, and Melissa is just as exceptional. After less than 5 minutes on the phone with with Susan I got a good idea of what it must be like to work with or for her. Absolutely insulting demeanor and condescending tone.
