Mark made selling our first house a dream come true! Not only did he make it seem easy, he was able to get our house an offer in a few days for more than any other realtor quoted us and negotiated effortlessly with an all cash buyer who ended up buying all of our furniture as well!! Talk about an awesome experience! He was able to get our house sold so quickly that we were out in less than a month after it went on the market with money in our wallets and off to our next big adventure. Since then, Mark helped us put an offer on a house in central Austin and helped us through a painful process with our lender. Mark and his team were excellent in keeping my husband and I sane as our lender (who my husband and I chose) kept messing up our loan and pushing out the closing date. Mark was able to help us successfully negotiate with the seller (Greater Austin Builders) so we could ensure we didn't lose the house due to the lender issue. Mark always has great recommendations and so far he has been right both times we have used his services. He is definitely a really great guy and both my husband and I are so thankful for him and his team. It is very apparent that Mark and his entire team care so much about their clients. We kept Mark busy with emails and he always made us a priority and we always felt like we were his only client even if he had a million others at the time. Mark definitely goes above and beyond and stands out from any other realtor we have encountered. From the quick responses to the tiniest details, he has been awesome. We really put our realtor, Alex Tapp, to the test, and he never hesitated to meet our expectations and beyond. Alex was professional, yet approachable, guiding us through the entire process and even still after we owned the property. He went above and beyond, even though we changed our search criteria several times. My favorite things about this real estate company were their involvement in our entire purchasing process, their ability to respond quickly to even the smallest of questions/concerns, and how personable yet professional they were. We will not hesitate with whom to choose when it's time for our next property purchase!

Mark was recommended to us from some friends and after working with him we understood right away why they liked him so much as well. Being new transplants it took us two years to finally find something we could settle with. Mark had patience with us in our decision, he was never a pushy salesman and just told it as it was. He is full of knowledge and knows the Austin market very well. He listened to what we wanted and did a good job keeping us in our price range. Austin is a sellers market right now with a shortage of housing so that is why it took us awhile to finally be first time homeowners. We were outbid several times which is discouraging but Mark picked us up again and we continued hitting the pavement.
