Bertolino Law is an excellent choice when faced with a situation you never imagined you might be in. The firm is a bit pricey but in exchange you will have a team who will fight for you. I chose Bertolino Law when I was contacted by the BON. Mr. Bertolino and I spoke only once during the time I was a client. Kerry Bloodsaw was the attorney who represented me at Bertolino. I have nothing but Praise for Ms. Bloodsaw. Ms. Bloodsaw is professional but also kind and empathetic. I was impressed with her attention to detail and determination to assist me in bringing forth the truth in my case. I was not promised a successful outcome but I was promised all of the energy Ms. Bloodsaw had to work towards a successful outcome. I was also respected in how I choose to move forward with any and all decisions. I attribute the ultimate outcome obtained, which was favorable, to Ms. Bloodsaw’s hard work & determination. I also interacted with Ms. London de la Teja Accounts Receivable Manager. When I had questions about my account Ms. de la Teja responded quickly and efficiently. She helped resolve a double billing issue. Additionally, worked tirelessly to resolve the issues I saw on my account which saved me money in the end. I rate Bertolino Law as 4 Stars because of the cost factor but 5 Stars when it comes to helping me protect myself against unexpected accusations I knew were not based in fact. Definitely consider Bertolino Law if you’re ever faced with the unexpected attack from a licensing board. You will not be disappointed.

I never thought I would need legal representation with regards to my license. This turned out to be the most stressful time in my life. Mr. Beaulieu walked me through the process step by step. He answered all the questions I had along the way. The staff that works with him were all so responsive and supportive as well. I would recommend him and the firm to anyone who needs representation. THIS FIRM WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY SO PLEASE BEWARE!!!! I was very hopeful this law firm could help me, especially after reading the reviews, but my hope in the firm, has now turned into regret, I was very upfront and explained that I did not have a lot of money, and I needed my center back open ASAP, but after two months, my center still closed and spending more than $9,000 and only having an AR done, I realized this firm was not for me, so I requested that they close out my case and refund me the remaining credit on my account, well, it has now been over 3 weeks, still have not gotten a refund, nor have I been told what my credit is on my account.

Cannot emphasize on how wonderful and caring Tony is. He has a great team with high morals and values. If you're looking for a knowledgeable attorney, then use Bertolino LLP. Highly recommend!
