Recently I work with the Bertolino law firm in Austin Texas. It was my first time interacting with a law firm, I was not sure what to expect. Having never had any legal concerns I am glad that I found this firm. This was one of the smartest choice I ever made. Bertolino and its staff gave me highest professional care. They are extremely professional, efficient, maintaining reasonable communication and contact, kept me updated on progress, plans and goals. I never had difficulty contact any one on my team. The lead attorney and Mr. Bertolino called on several occasions to insure that no concerns about the status of my case and the progress made. I would highly recommend without reservation The Bertolino Law Form or anyone that is dealing with professional licensure concerns or challenges.

Only thing they were sure of ever with my case was that it was going to be expensive. Thats all that I got a huge bill just to talk to them via email or on phone. I would not recommend this felt they were taking advantage of me because I was already in a retainer. I was mislead only to try and drain my wallet. I was only happy when I spoke to him because I had fired them . Proof of what I mean is that after I fired them, I was able to do some research and today I’ve settled this case on my own. They wanted to drag me into trial and continue to charge excessive fees like $350 to respond to an email. AGAIN, I do not trust them. Scary to think they’re on your side .

I would not recommend this (BERTOLINO LLP) lawyer office to anyone. They are overpriced and only seek to take your money! After working on my case for several months, I never really saw any real progress towards a positive outcome for my case. You can only talk to a lawyer for a fee. Every time I spoke with Mr. Bertolino himself, there was never nothing new to tell me towards my case only but the information I already knew. A plan of action was never mapped out and they looked for any and every way to deduct more and more money out of the outrageous retention fee they require. I wish I could go back in time and prevent myself from hiring them in the first place. All of the REAL work that was done towards my case was done by me. Just to retain Mr. Bertolino as your lawyer is very expensive. They never expect for your case to be referred to a SOAH hearing. They would love to handle your case in a more formal setting in Austin than having to travel wherever you may be for a SOAH hearing. By the way, they will attempt to charge you more money if your case is referred for a SOAH hearing, which is the outcome for 90% of cases involving TCOLE anyway. Do not hire them!! You have been warned!! I only gave them one star because the option for no stars doesn’t exist!
