I have never had an attorney as kind and sincerely caring as Doug Becker. I am absolutely amazed at Mr. Becker's intellect and his skill as an attorney. I sincerely feel that he is very concerned about my welfare and about my family's welfare. This firm will treat you with the utmost courtesy.

Kara was extremely professional and helped us in a timely manner! We had an issue with our apartments not being responsive, with a noise issue and she got them to fix it within 24hrs! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

Patricia Dixon (Tricia) is extremely unprofessional and untimely, typical money hungry attorney, cares nothing about clients or doing the right thing, just how much money she can drain desperate clients for (and how deep can they drive a wedge between two parties so that more attorney involvement is needed) ...when it should be about creating the best possible scenario for the parties and the children involved in the least amount of time. When people and families are hurting and looking for closure you should not prolong simple issues just for money. Multiple times in my case, with continued outreach from my attorney, Tricia was 3-5 or even 6 weeks with no response on simple issues. No excuses. Super disappointed. Addendum / Update: I had agreed to remove the above review, albeit reluctantly, because as soon as I posted this Tricia responded to my attorney within a few business hours with excuses (such as: “completely covered up”, “not ignoring you but”, “have had several emergencies on cases”, “will do my best to speak with (client) this afternoon to get back to you on your requests”) and stated how displeased she was with my review and asked that I take it down. In good faith I removed the review hoping for quick resolution. TWO WEEKS later and zero response from Tricia again, I had to engage my attorney seek immediate response as the tensions have grown with there not being resolution between the parties with multiple issues outstanding. The response is laughable, Tricia’s client now no longer wants to pay for further representation, and even though Tricia knows there is a breach her clients actions in the decree she has simply dismissed it all.

Patricia Dixon is hands down the best attorney I have ever worked with. I have never felt that my goals and needs are not understood or met. Most importantly I feel as if she truly cares about my family and goals. You won't go wrong with Patricia and the Gray & Becker team.

One, Paralegal was more responsive and seemed to care more about my situation than attorney that was assigned to my case. Secondly, I shared many concerns with assigned lawyer, via email, with no response. Thirdly, my hearing was about a month ago and my assigned attorney claimed a couple days ago that he has yet to review my order. Moreover, I've been under stress due to the current pandemic, unprecedented inclimate weather and being isolated, and the lack of attentiveness from my lawyer has added more stress to an already stressful situation . Lastly, I was told that his fee would be $250 from my initial conversation with this firm, and it ended up being $400. I felt I had no choice to proceed given my situation and lack of legal knowledge—this is price gouging, in my opinion, and I would highly recommend to reconsider their services.

Doug Becker is a darn good lawyer. He took a tangle of a situation on short notice, untangled it, calmly persuaded the other party to moderate its demands, and achieved an outcome exceeding all parties’ expectations. Did I mention he did this in the middle of a snowstorm over a weekend? Thank you, Doug!

These people are actual clowns, I had one "Attorney" with this company and anytime we spoke he was passive and acted like I was wasting his time when I was paying for services anyway. I requested another attorney with the firm and was given another attorney and the same thing happened. If you want to be rude and treat people poorly then go for it see how far that gets you. Someone should disbar this circus.
