I was looking for a lawyer that would support father rights because my child was in a bad situation at the time. I was having a hard time finding a lawyer of that nature until I came across Eric Willie. We made an appointment and he helped me get everything I needed to in line and before you know it I was getting to have visitation with my child. As time progressed and things change in my life we realized I needed help to get my child in a better place. I called upon Mr Willie once again and he was available at my call ( that includes a few late night calls for help and advice). Long story short, I was able to get custody of my child and I could not have done this without Mr Willie and his team. Very professional and upfront and honest with everyone. If you are in a situation similar to mine then I would highly recommend Eric and his team. They are amongst the best I have found and affordable as well.

When looking at lawyers to handle my divorce case, one thing I noticed was many would have you deal with the less experienced staff instead of the themselves. This is not the case with Mr Willie. I got very personal attention, which was very nice. He clearly has a lot of experience and is very familiar with working divorce cases in both Travis and Hays counties. He is now handling my estate planning. Highly recommended.

My niece got divorce paper unexpectingly. She thought she can not get the custody her daughter because she was bad situation . Her English is bad , her ex husband was born in US and he asked to get primary custody , and will not let wife see their daughter. We come to see Eric as the last hope. Eric and his staff were understanding and responsive to all of our concerns. Eric had to travel between Dallas and Austin to ensure our case was heard and was instrumental in gaining grandparent rights to protect our grandchild. Even while on vacation he responded to our concerns. He's the only attorney we've met in our 5 year legal battle that always comes through with success.
