Can’t say enough good things about Eric and his staff. Especially Heather his legal assistant. Eric was quick to calm my nerves and made a horrible situation much better. Heather was always there for me with so many questions i had. She would immediately respond back too. As unfortunate itvwas to divorce it was well worth having these guys taking care of me.

I had what most would consider; the divorce for "HECK". Many atty changes on the other side, massive delays etc. Actually got divorced twice. (Long story) He stuck in there with me the entire time until the very end!!!

I am from another state and he was able to handle my situation without me leaving. Very professional, reasonable and would use again. Worth the time and effort.

Eric and his staff was the best. I was initially concerned because I knew my case was not big and complicated as some case an attorney of his stature would handle. But Eric made me feel comfortable and that he would take care of my case as if it were a million dollar case. Eric is very personable and responsive. I found Eric mostly by chance - I saw his great reviews online and he happens to be close to Oak Hill. I stopped in his office and he took a meeting with me on the spot. I have a very high-conflict time-sensitive case in an emergency situation - in five minutes he gave me critical info that two previous attorneys I interviewed missed. Eric Willie took a strategic view of my case and explained things in a logical step-by-step manner. I don't often make recommendations, but I emphatically recommend Eric.

I went through a difficult divorce. I have always been an involved Father, so it was very hard when initial temporary orders said I could only see my youngest child 48 hours a month due to his age. I was told by multiple people & 'professionals' that I would get no better than 4 overnights a month because that's what standard visitation is, and that's what Dads typically get. Now that the process is over, I am now one day away from 50/50. Typical orders say non-custodial parents get only 48 hours a month until age 3, and then another increase at age 5. I have had almost 50/50 since my youngest was 2 by the time this was settled. I also have been able to maintain joint decision-making throughout the process. Eric picks up his phone, and responds. I called his office on a Saturday night when I needed an attorney ASAP. He called me the next morning and set things up. Eric was able to get temporary orders enforced and get my time with my kids back on track when temporary orders were not followed (after not seeing my kids for several weeks). Divorce is hard, a contested divorce involving children is harder. Eric was calm and steady throughout the process.
