Mr. Willie is extremely fair and reasonable when dealing with him directly! Didn't move forward with my case. However, I left on good faith that had my case been a high priority or an extensive one, I believe he could have nailed it.

My experience with Eric Willie was amazing. He responded immediately when I need his help. Divorce is not an easy situation to experience but thanks to him everything was handled very professionally. Eric Willie has represented me on two different occasions now. He is upfront about what you can expect throughout the process and very professional. On top of that, I believe I am the first man in Texas to retain full custody twice when having to fight against not only the children's mother but their grandmother. Eric and Misty are a great team and I've got nothing but praise for them.

I do not recommend Willie law office. My simple divorce was very expensive at this law office after given an estimate price at 1/3 of cost that was building before I hired a new attorney. The lady (paralegal/secretary) that handled things was very unorganized and like talking to a wall. I had a terrible experience with this law firm.

Laziest lawyer in Austin. If you’re looking for someone to do the absolute minimum (and sometimes even less), this is your guy. He was late submitting my evidence, cost me valuable time with my daughter by not submitting/presenting all the evidence I sent him, and got me worse than my anticipated worst case scenario. On top of that, his lack of attention to detail cost me over $200k due to my separate assets being classified as community property. If you love your kids and want any chance of getting a fair amount of time with them, stay away from this guy. Like a horror movie, he’ll promise you the world and deliver your worst nightmare.

Check invoices closely! Willie inflates hours. He billed hours for work that was not done or unnecessary. He was unprepared in my opinion. He colluded with opposing counsel to steal money. Ten’s of thousands of dollars would have been saved and better representation from another choice. Willie is dishonest and breached his fiduciary duties. In the initial consultation, he makes claims about winning against opposing counsel that were unfounded. Look carefully at other bad reviews and pay attention to the complaints for common themes. My belief on the large number of positive reviews is they are fake. Check reputation defender company websites and see what they offer. Look at the poor reviews and see how many people agree with the comment. In full disclosure, I saw this comment on another poor review and believe the comment to be valid and insightful.

I've traveled the world and will tell you...few walk it like they talk it! His firms website is truly believable in the honor, fairness, balanced approach they provide! Most highly recommend if you are looking to maintain your honor in divorce! Let his firm represent you if, you truly care about taking the high road so, no one can ever say otherwise!
