I hired Kicker Davis to represent me during my recent divorce. After reading reviews on Avvo and an initial meeting with Chris Kirker, I knew this was the firm for me, and they certainly did not disappoint! During that first meeting, we discussed and developed our initial strategy that ultimately carried us through to the end. I especially liked that I went in feeling very defensive due to the fact I was served divorce papers just a few days earlier, but I left the office knowing those tables would be turned and we would take the offensive. I worked with Candice and Kate (PA) over the past year. My situation was nerve racking, but I felt confident in their attention to detail, experience, and preparation. We ended up not needing to go to trial, which I opted for vs the stress/cost of litigation, but I feel strongly that trial would would have resulted in our favor. Hopefully never need go use a family attorney again, but I will contact KD if the need arises.
