I went through a divorce from a very feisty, pathological liar, sociopathic narcissist. Getting free from someone like that you want someone strong, knowledgeable, won't be shaken or intimidated, and who can keep you calm along the way. A shark in lambs clothing - that is Candice Deyerle. She is one sharp cookie. She was by my side in a mediation with the same man years after the divorce. She gave me wise advice, was strong yet very personable with the judge, and brought me through that battle wonderfully. Unlike many other lawyers, she is conscious about your dollar as well, and does all she can to help keep costs down. I have since referred many friends to her, and they have all thanked me, and were very happy with her as well. I highly recommend Candice! I wouldn't want to walk into a family law battle without her in my corner.

This is Michael Dolan, not Patrick Reed. I hired Mr. Ely to pursue a personal-injury lawsuit on behalf of my elderly mother. Not only did he end up negotiating a more than fair settlement from the defendant, but was most gracious and respectful to my mother and I throughout the process. This review is for Mike Ely when he worked in Washington, DC. I was hit by a taxi back in 2006 which left me with some pretty extensive injuries. Mike came recommended by a friend of a law assistant I knew for years. From the time I met Mike he was great. First he was very compassionate to what had happened. The whole experience felt like I was working with a friend who cared. On top of that he was very professional and knowledgeable. Even with a very busy schedule he always found time for me and always kept me informed. He made the whole process a breeze allowing me to phocus on my healing.
