I was lucky enough to have Aaron McNeeley as my realtor. Despite having bought two homes prior, the housing market has changed so much I was completely lost. Aaron went above and beyond any realtor I have ever worked with. I am truly impressed with his knowledge, patience, assertiveness and communication skills. Aaron McNeeley was our buying agent and anytime someone else wasn’t doing their job, he swooped in and was clear to us what was going on. Even our Mortgage Broker had kind words for Aaron. He was honest and up front. There were times where I was frustrated and he helped us understand any friction points. Wade Lindstrom went over and above our expectations with Watters. He was always available and ready to show us a house when we had time and helped us to find the perfect house for our family. He was patient and understanding through the many home visits. When it was time to make an offer, he did everything he could to stay in constant communication with us and the seller agent to get us the house on our first bid. Highly recommend.

Derrick Small’s was our realtor through our recent first home purchase. As stressful this process was he made me want to do it all over again. He was very informative and gave knowledge about the uneducated pieces we did not understand. He was accessible most of the time even answering phone calls on weekends and at night. We had a situation where the contractor had a miscommunication with the loaners that resulted in a delay closing date. He pushed to get us an early date during this situation. He is an easygoing person to talk to but will push for you when you need him to. Also this is our second go round looking for houses. We ended up backing out the first time and I thought he was done with dealing with us lol. He actually gave us encouragement that 3 months down the line we were able to find a beautiful home. I highly recommend working with Waters International and David Fisher when considering homes in the Austin area.
