Highly recommend Shelly Breidenbach!! She is amazing! Very thorough and was always very quick to respond when I had questions. She definitely went above and beyond to make my home purchase as seamless as possible. I was not the easiest client but I am quite possibly one of the happiest :) Would recommend her to anyone.

Great team who does quality work!

Overall, I'm pleased that my home sold quickly (in about a week). Stefan was the realtor that listed my home and quickly had an open house both the Saturday and Sunday my home listed. Someone I didn't know was responsible for showing the home, and for some reason, couldn't get into the lockbox so I had to leave a key under the mat on Saturday. My neighbor picked it up for me after he left. On Sunday, the guy came back looking for the key under the mat again. On camera, I have him cussing up a storm when he noticed it wasn't there. Then.... he just left. I had to call Stefan to ask about the guy and was asked to put the key under the mat again. My neighbor helped me out again and I noticed a couple coming to try and see the home but it was locked. Fortunately, the guy showing the home got there before they left because they were the ones who bought it. I'm most frustrated about that, oh, and the fact that he brought his girlfriend (or daughter?) with him each day and must have had one heck of a time on my couch - it was a mess! But in the end, it sold for what I had hoped for and quickly. Stefan was communicative and helpful.

Very personable staff, friendly and ambitious, they are all an effective team!

I want to personally thank Kia Potter and Chris Waters for making my wife and myself very happy. Without going into details they turned a bad situation around and lived up to their promise of being the best real estate company in Austin Texas.

Megan was an amazing agent. My Husband and I were in the market to buy a second home late 2021 and we met Megan at one of the countless open houses. Prior to having Megan as a realtor, we spent many hours looking at homes online and filled our weekends with trying to map out as many open houses we could fit in. Megan truly helped lift the burden off of us looking for open houses and she went out of her way to find us homes that were just listed to help us get any advantage during the crazy housing market of 2021. She was very organized and would planned out 4-5 homes on each trip to maximize our time. We finally settled on a new build and Megan made the process dealing with the builder much smoother. We never felt like a number and always felt that Megan had our best interest at heart. Highly recommend!
