Stefan with Watters International was a great guy, helped me get the house listed and sold in Texas.

While we are less than a week into our property listing with Christopher Watters Int’l, we are very pleased with the responsiveness of and work performed by the team - that’s right, TEAM - of people working on ensuring our property shows well and marketing/promoting our property on countless listing sites (locally and across the US) to increase traffic and get our home sold quickly for the right price. AND, they go above and beyond to make sure the buyer and seller are comfortable with the sale/purchase by providing a home warranty. We are impressed thus far.

Stefan Stankivic was extremely helpful in getting my house on the market. He followed up frequently during the time it took to sell. He always answered my calls and kept me posted. I would recommend him as an agent to work with.

Save yourself some headaches, don't do business with Watters. Pick another company .Even if you email the owner or CEO Christ Watters or brocker , they will not answer. You will be considering to be too low status for an answer. You will get a bad service and lose money. They will ignore you after locking you into contract, the worst agent they have is Steve Russell who will tell you (no matter what I will still get paid) if you ever confronted him for not responding.

David Fisher is a PHENOMENAL agent! We had the privilege of working with David when we came to Austin. Throughout the process of finding a rental home he was patient, determined, and an integral part of the journey. He was attentive to our all asks and concerns; the process would not have been the same without his professionalism and support. As a service provider hired by Mr. Chris Watts, I can say that he was playing games to get expedited service for wholesale rates and when his plan backfired, he shifted blame to one of my guys.

Shelly Breidenbach is AMAZING! I was deployed when she first reached out to me and the experience has been awesome since day one! Mindy Smith was very helpful in getting my house sold!! I was not very good with the new technology and she would help me work thru it!! I did enjoy her help very much!!

Malina has been awesome! She stuck with us through a year home buying process, going back and forth with lenders, and picky sellers! Love her tenacity and just straight forward attitude. She’s a great resource to have if you’re looking to invest in the Canyon Lake or New Braunfels area.
